Team X Test X (Pt 3)

Pakunoda's POV
I shot my gun at the animals nearing me, I was on my eighth test and I had to get past a ton of hungry animals, I made sure not to kill them as that was the guild rules in order to join.

I saw the baskets up ahead and saw a giant bear and Mountain lion there "Holy sh-." I said getting behind a bush and checking it out.

They seemed to be harming anyone who came close, so I knew I ether had to run in fast or create a distraction, and I think the safer bet would be to create a distraction.

So I look around for what I could use as a distraction while hiding from Lurking animals, whoever trained these guys are talented because they don't seem to be seriously harming others nor attacking one another, and have a simple routine to where they go.

I shrug it off for the time being and continue to wander looking to distract at least one so I wouldn't have to fight.

I then notice a giant breakable boulder so I go over and see how much hits it would take to break it.

About five shots from my gun so I rush over to a distance near the baskets, out of sight of the two viscous animals protecting it, and able to shoot the boulder, so I begin to take my five shots, but when I was on my fifth one a wolf jumped at me and tried to bite me, I had struggled to push it off, when it got pulled off by something and scared away.

It was Nobunga who had done it and he helped me up "Thanks." I say and he nods.

"How do you figure we get pass those guys?" He asks.

"I came up with a distraction to break that boulder over there, I only need to take one more shot, wait for my signal." I say and he nods getting ready to run over.

I take my final shot and the boulder breaks creating a huge sound that alerts the bear while the mountain lion stays to keep watch.

Me and Nobunga decided to cover eachother, I would get our letters while he held it back, some other people ran by too shoving and pushing, one guy even pushed me away to which I shoved him back making him fall over and hit his head knocking him out cold.

I grab our letters and tell Nobunga we can leave now so he quickly let's go of the mountain lion and it tried to get us but we were to far gone, do it decided to attack others.

When we got out of there I handed him his letter and he helped me catch a breather "Well, I'll see you later Pakunoda, hopefully we're on the same team." He says and I nod in agreement opening my letter and reading the words.

Nobunaga's POV
"I go deep underground,  and hide beautiful treasures, I'm dark and unstable." We're the words and I knew instantly it had to be the mines right next to the cave I already went to.

So I headed to the mines and went down, it was certainly very dark and deep, when I got to open space it held all sorts of minerals and a sign that was left by Emerald bounty said you can take one of the ores or gems, but one only please I shrug and pick up a small gemstone that was probably worth a hefty price, and put it in my bag.

I look around and see the baskets at the end of the open space

I grin and begin to head to the end of the cave, this was almost to easy.....it was to easy I thought and then hear a trip wire go off, so I quickly jump back as a giant rock came crashing down, it was strong enough to break bones but not strong enough to kill one person.

Oh great its booby trapped I thought and begin to watch my steps, as I was walking I felt the ground under me collapse, and I fell, I quickly dug my sword into the dirt and stone as I looked down to see a deep pit.

I sigh and try to find a way back up as I had made it far down before I dug my sword in the wall, I then saw behind me some rocks that looked like I could use as a climbing wall, so I took a big risk as they did not go all the way to the bottom of the pit, and I did not know if they were loose or not.

I quickly pulled my sword out and jumped over, almost missing the last rock by an inch.

I grab onto the now know stable rock, tightly and put my sword on my back as I pull myself up and begin to climb rock from rock.

I noticed how unstable the last five rocks were so I braced myself to move fast, I quickly climbed up the rock wall, pulling out each one I had grabbed onto from there on then, and when I made it to the top I took a sigh of relief.

I watched my steps as I slowly made it to the end of the open space, searching for my letter in the basket.

When I finally found it I slowly made my way back towards the entrance and quickly ran out of there.

Machi's POV
I was almost at my last letter, I was on my twelfth test, I only had like five more to go.

I was standing in front of the little skatepark in the town and I entered to see kids ridding skateboards, roller skates, and bikes with the baskets ether in their hands or connected to their bikes, it seems like baskets are closed so the letters don't go flying out "Do I really have to chase kids around the skate park?" I asked myself and saw a pile of bikes that had a sign in front of them left from Emerald Bounty 'Take one for this part'

So I picked up a bike and began to chase the kid with the twelfth basket, he was fast and it was hard to catch up, he must have noticed me chasing because he juked me out and I went flying, busting my knee open, I gritted my teeth and held my busted, bleeding knee, but I couldn't give up yet, not when I have gotten so far.

So I got up and with all my strength chased the kid down on my feet and when I got close I grabbed his hood and stopped him from going any further "Huh?" He says confused and I look through the basket and found my name.

"I'll be taking this now kid." I say and head off but he calls out to me and I turn back to him.

"Sorry about the busted knee Ma'am, maybe you can get miss Amy to heal it, she's part of Emerald bounty too, she's the flying blonde dark angel." He says and I thank him for the advice.

"What's a dark angel?" I ask myself unaware of what that was.

I decided to do some research when done and limped my way away.

Shizuku's POV
I stood there in front of the Clocktower, the letter should be inside.

So I of course walked inside to where my thirteenth test was being held, there was a table that held a letter written in the words.

If you wish for your letter you must climb to the great hand.

I looked around to see I had to climb my way up and do some parkour, when I was almost up I got shoved and fell off the edge so I had to grab onto the tower gears as they spun me around "Good Luck Girly~" the man who had pushed me teased.

Why was I doing this again? I can't quite remember, I think one of the troupe members wanted all of us to redeem ourselves.

I sigh and figure a way to get back onto the previous platform as I was not going to jump down and spend another half an hour making it all the way up, I look around, if I just placed my leg on the step it would smash into the hollow part of step above it, breaking my leg, or snapping it right off, I decided to climb a bit higher and make a jump for it.

My tired hands grabbed onto the parts of the clock tower as I got prepared to jump, when I did I almost fell back, If it weren't for a small figure grabbing me and pulling me forward, I looked to see Kalluto there staring at me "You okay?"

"Yes I am, thank you." I thanked him and began to head up the clock tower to revive my letter.
