„Well Hello my little Mudblood. " I heard as I entered the detention room to see Draco standing right in front of me.

-"Well Hello spoiled pureblood oaf." I answered.

-"Don't talk to me like that." He said, pointing his wand at me.

-"I am not afraid of you, so it would be way better if you stop." I replied.

-"Very brave, aren't we?" He said approaching me.

-"You are nothing, but a filthy little mudblood." He whispered in my ear.

I wanted to cry, but I kept myself from doing so.

-"What's the matter? " He said, smirking at me.

-"Not gonna stand up to yourself?"

Anger was building inside of me. I tried to hold it and to act like I wasn't affected by his words at all, but it took over me and I did something really stupid, I turned around and punched him right in his face.

-"Aaaaaa, my faceee!!! My handsome, flawless, pure face!!!" He said.

I knew punching him was a mistake, since he then took out his wand. I tried to get up, but he had me pinned to a wall, preventing me from getting away and taking out my own wand. He looked at me with an evil smirk as he circled the room, eyes landing on my tied up body. He then stopped, thinking of what he'd do to me. Then I saw an emotion in him, that I didn't expect...fear. What was he afraid of though? He then came over to me, pointed his wand towards me and said:

-"Crucio!"

I felt pain, I screamed, wincing in pain.

-"Pleasee stooop!!!" I pleaded with him.

-" I didn't want it to get to this, but you left me no choice mudblood." He said, with an evil smirk.

Draco's POV:

I was cross, cross after she had punched me in the face, so I pinned her to a wall in the detention room to prevent her from escaping me. Now she was at my mercy. I thought of what I was going to do to get her back and circled her, my eyes landing on her. I did that to intimidate her and to scare her. She should know not to talk to me like that....Than I stopped as an idea popped had up in my head ....The Cruciatus Spell. But wait the torture spell...that's an illegal spell and it could seriously hurt Irinka. What if I get in trouble with the law? Wwwait why should I care about her? She deserves to be in pain for humiliating me in front of the whole library, in the great hall etc...yeah I know she was defending herself, but she has no right to talk to me like that, she is a mudblood, she is a disgrace to the magic to the magical world and as for the spell, no one will ever know, if someone does find out...my father will get me out of the situation . So without a second thought I pointed my wand towards her and shouted:

-"Crucio!!!"

Immediately I saw her scream and wince in pain.

-"Please stooop!!!" She begged me.

-"I didn't want it to get to this, but you left me no choice." I said, to intimidate her.

-"Pleasee stooop it." She begged.

-"Not until you stop standing up to me." I told her.

-"I will never stop standing up to you and I will never stop defending myself." She said.

-"Then, suffer." I told her.

She screamed, winced.

I started circling the room, calling her names.

-"Mudlood." I said.

-"Worthless." I added.

-"Stooop it you cockroach!!!" She screamed.
