*Brielle's POV*

I took him to one of the bedrooms I created. I designed every room in this house because I actually thought about living here.

He sat on the bed in front of me.

"Where's your cards?" He asked, taking off his shades.

"Right here!" I took my deck out of my pants pocket.

I alway had a deck or two in my pocket. It just became a habit.

"Do you have a question in particular?"

I took out the cards and started to shuffle.

He shook his head. "No, just give me something general."

I nodded then started to center myself.

"God, Universe, Source, Spirit give me clear, honest, and accurate messages in regards to what I ask the cards and I thank you in advance for these messages."

I took a deep breath.

"Spirit, give me a general message for Caspian." I continued to shuffle and cards started flying out.

"Wooh, these cards are jumping." I giggled as I let one more card hop out.

"Is that good?" Caspian asked, looking at the cards.

I shrugged. "I don't see it as good or bad but in my opinion, I feel the the message will be clear."

I started turning over his cards. A total of 6 cards fell out.

They were the Queen of Cups, the Queen of Swords, the Four of Wands, Death, the Two of Cups, and the Tower.

I took a deep breath and allowed Spirit to give me the messages.

"Okay... So I see that if it hasn't happened already, there will be two different women in your life. Both women you'll feel a very strong pull to." I looked at him and he seemed a little confused.

"I don't have any women in my life right now."

I sighed. "Spirit said you will soon and you'll have to make a choice. Neither choice is wrong but you have to follow your heart. The Four of Wands and the Two of Cups is here. These women could possibly be your soulmates. With the death card here, this means an ending with one of these women but a new beginning with you and the other woman."

Caspian raised an eyebrow. "Damn, you get all that from these six cards?"

"Yes sir and some of it is channeled from Spirit. I'm gonna get an extra card for a bit more information."

I shuffled again and the 6 of Cups came out.

"Ooouu you have a past connection with this women. If it wasn't the recent past, y'all had a past life together. This is interesting."

Caspian coughed. "Past life?"

"Yeah boo, you know most of us have had many lives before this one. I can give you a past life reading if you want."

He started shaking his head. I don't know what was going on with him but I feel like something I said may have triggered him.

He stood up. "Thanks for inviting me to your party but I gotta go."

"Caspian wait! I'm sorry! What's the matter?!"

He stormed out the room and ignored everything that I asked.

I didn't mean to trigger him. I feel bad now. Shit!

*Caspian's POV*

I drove back home and stormed into my house.

My past.

The last thing I wanted to think about.

It seems like everytime I kept moving on from my past it would resurface.

The only woman from my past that I had dealings with wad Adonai.

She's dead so that's impossible. She got burned alive with the rest of the village.

I sat on the couch and sighed. This energy was intense. And who could the other woman be? I haven't been dating.

I paced my hand over my head. I don't think I'll ever get another tarot reading again. I also feel bad for running off from Brielle like that. I know she's probabky worried about me.

I think I'll pay her a visit tomorrow morning. It'll be another opportunity for me to get out of the house.

Trying to relax, I unbutton my shirt and took some deep breaths.

I wanted to sleep. Sleep was my only escape from  what I constantly tried to suppress.

Before I drifted off, the last thing I saw in my mind was that tower card and the flames flying out of that building. It reminded me too much of the past. A part of something that I secretly couldn't let go.
