*Narrator's POV*

The next day Caspian drove up the Brielle's manison. All the cars that were parked out front were gone. The only car that was there was Brielle's powder blue Range Rover.

When he got out of his truck, he noticed the diamond symbol on the windows of the mansion. He didn't notice it the night before because it was dark and he had on shades.

Pacing up the steps, Brielle's scent instantly hit his nose again. He smiled then sighed happily. Before he could knock on the door; she had already opened it.

"I knew you'd come back today." She said, looking into his eyes.

"That's why I didn't leave. I stayed cause I intuitively felt you'd be back. Come in."

Caspian raised both of his eyebrows and strolled into the manison. He followed Brielle into the livingroom.

"I just wanna apologize for lastnight. I didn't mean to trigger you in any way. Tarot can be blunt with the messages sometimes." She explains, sitting on the couch.

He sits next to her.

"No, I should be the one apologizing. I jumped up and ran out like some crazy person. I've been through a lot in my past but that has nothing to do with you. I'm truly sorry about that." He nodded a bit and tried to ignore the fact that all she had on was a big gray tshirt.

She giggled. "Of course I forgive you. And I have shorts underneath thos shirt, don't worry."

Caspian jaw dropped.

"How did you-"

"I haven't known you that long yet but I feel so drawn to you and your mysterious energy."

She moved closer to him.

"Caspian, where exactly are you from?"

She examined his face.

His eyes widen. He had to think of something quick.

"I'm from London."

She curiously turned her head to the side.

"London?"

"Yes, London. I moved her with my nan when I was 14. She owned that farm. Sadly my nan passed away when I turned 18. The rest of my family is back home."

He smiled to assure her that he was telling the truth.

Brielle didn't say a word. She placed each of her small hands on his cheek  looked into his eyes. Caspian wanted to move but at the same time he liked how close she was to him.

She closed her eyes and begam rubbing her cheeks, mumbling something to herself.

"Brielle, what are you do-"

"Shhh!" She said in between being in a trance.

*Brielle's POV*

I felt like he was lying to me. He wasn't from no damn London. He didn't even sound like it. I wanted get a glimpse of what he could be possibly hiding.

My intuition never wronged me. I didn't get any bad vibes from this guy but I felt like the reason he lived alone and in isolation was because of what he was hiding.

I don't think he's done anything too crazy like kill someone or robbed a bank. Maybe there was some type of trauma he was running from and didn't want to face.

I had to know more. The truth.

So I placed my hand on his cheek. His smooth skin felt so silky under my fingers. I almost wanted to ask him what his skincare routine was.

I began mumbling a spell I created in order to enhance my visions when I touch people. At first, everything was black then that's when I saw it.

There was a village burning down. I heard many people hollering and screaming. The vision shifted from that to Caspian walking down a dirt path with a bag on his back. When he got closer to the village and heard the screaming, he ran to see what was going on.

I saw him drop to his knees and place his hands on his head. Hearing his screams broke my heart. Everything that he knew of was gone.

"Uh, Brielle? This silence is starting to get weird."

I quickly opened my eyes and stared at him.

"What? What happened?"

He started to get worried. I couldn't tell him what I had seen. When the time is right, he'll talk to me and tell me the truth.

I leaned over and hugged him tightly.

"I am so sorry about your nan Caspian. It seemed like she really cared about you." I lied and rubbed his back.

I didn't like people touching me but I oddly enjoyed being in his arms. He was hesitant at first but he hugged me back.

"Thank you... You're sweet."

"Caspian," I looked up at him.

"Yes?" He raised both of his eyebrows.

"You don't have to be alone.  If you know... need someone to talk to or hangout with, I'm available. It's not good to be in isolation."

"Thank you again. That's kind of you. I never met a woman as compassionate as you." He brushed my hair with this hand.

"Can you stay? I can teach you more about tarot or show you my artwork." I stayed in his arms.

He nodded. "Yes I can."

"Grrrrreat." I hopped on the couch then grabbed his hand, pulling him up.

"Where to to now?" He cleared his throat.

"Upstairs. That's where all my shit is." I laughed then paced upstairs with him following me.

After having a glimpse of his situation from that; I was going to make sure he still felt included. The tarot reading I gave him made him think about that time in his life. I wasn't going to gibe him another reading but I wanted to explain to hin what each card meant so he knows they aren't bad.

He didn't say much but I felt like he had comfort in knowing that he didn't have to be alone anymore.
