"Tori!"

"Five more minutes..." I mumbled back.

"You said that fifteen minutes ago!"

"Whatever..." I grumbled to the persistent little voice. "Just let me sleep."

The little voice stopped, and I smirked inwardly. Finally! That voice was annoying!

BANG!

I literally jumped up in surprise when I heard the bang. And yay! I fell of my chair too! How great was that to land my butt on the hard floor!

"Beatrice!" I all but roared at my roommate who was clutching her sides laughing her head off.

"Did you....see....your face?" she gasped out while chortling.

I glared daggers at my friend, and if looks could kill, my friend would be a pile of Beatrice ashes there and then.

Rubbing my bum, I got up and placed my chair upright. I was in History class at that moment, and must have fallen asleep while waiting for Mr. Reigns to show up.

"You must be really tired. You've been sleeping every chance you got!" Beatrice spoke my thoughts.

I nodded numbly and grabbed my stuff, looking for a quieter place to have my siesta(rest).

"Seems like horse riding class wore you down."

I nodded, yawning.

"But you still think it's worth it."

I nodded again, propping my books up like a pillow. Well, a very hard pillow.

"Was the instructor cute? Did you hit on him? Or did he hit on you? Oh... I want the details!" Beatrice started getting excited at the topic of boys.

No offence Beatrice, but get a life!

"Well, he was so-so in the looks department," I replied, and out of the corner of my eye, I saw her eyes getting bigger an bigger.

"He's nice and friendly, polite, and very patient."

"OMG Tori! He could be the one for you!" Beatrice did a little happy dance, shaking my shoulders vigorously.

"Did I mention he's about sixty years old?" I put in.

"Oh," came her awesome reply.

I laughed at her perfect pout. She was just so fun to kid around!

Just then, the oh-so late Mr. Reigns showed up, and his mouth moved, but no sound came out.

Probably a greeting to the class, but no one could hear him.

He shuffled to his desk and started arranging his belongings.

Just then, the door was swung open.

A loud gasp resounded across the whole class. Since there was a very tall person in from of me, I couldn't see, but around me, all the girls were suddenly tidying their hair, fixing their clothes ad guys were putting their arms around their girlfriends and fixed menacing scowls on their faces.

There was only one thing on the planet that could make people do that- a hot guy.

"Oh. My. Gosh." Beatrice started fanning herself with a hand. Yep, a really hot guy.

Finally, the tall guy in front of me moved protectively towards his girlfriend, and I finally got to see the guy in the doorway.

One word-why? I'm serious. For example, why do all the girls try so hard to impress him? Why are all the guys suddenly do protective of their girlfriends? And why is Beatrice drooling?

The guy at the doorway was not hot like I expected him to be, but in my opinion, just fairly good-looking.

"He is gorgeous! Perfect! Stupendous!" Beatrice murmured dreamily, and the girls who heard her nodded enthusiastically along, except me.

What was so great about that guy? Sure, he was muscular, slightly tanned and had light brown untidy hair though not like a gigantic bird nest.

The new guy walked in, looking around with interest. Mr. Reigns placed a hand on his shoulder and seemed to talking to him sternly.

No one could hear him, not because he was soft, but because they were too busy staring at New Guy( I have decided to call him that till I find his name out).

"Yes, Mr. Reigns, I'm sorry for rudely barging in like that. Can I go to my seat so that you can begin your lesson and I can learn?" New Guy asked flashing a quick glance around the room.

Ha! More like New Guy wanted to make a grand entrance.

I bet you, all the girls were cheering madly inside them, and the guys were groaning. Don't believe, go look at their faces.

New Guy took a seat at the back of the class, and the nearest girls immediately fluttered their eyes at him. He smirked, seemingly enjoying the attention.

At one point, he winked at a hot cheerleader, Michelle, and did the "call me" sign. Michelle melted into her seat, and was probably on the verge of fainting.

Arrogant jerk.

I turned back to the front, only to realize Mr. Reigns had fallen asleep.

Someone must had noticed too, because there was a shout of "He's asleep!" and all hell broke loose.
