Rove Life

Part 4

We sign out and turn towards the door. 

"Paps? Already? How'd they know we were here?" I whine. 

"I don't know. Oh wait! I saw Elsa take a pic of her and Skye. I guess she posted it somewhere." Ryan says. 

"Well who can blame her?" I shrug. Ryan pulls out two blankets. 

"Put this over Skye's face and stay close." he instructs. I place the blanket over Skye's face and see Ryan cover Paige up. He grabs my hand and we charge outside. 

"Ryan!" 

"Dove!" 

"What are the babies' names?" 

"Is this why Liv and Maddie was postponed?" questions fly everywhere but Ryan pulls me to the car. I get in the back and he locks the doors. I take Paige from him and put her in one car seat. Then I take Skye out of the front pack and place her in the other. Ryan pulls out of the hospital parking lot and I climb in front with him. 

"That was exciting." I say. 

"Yup." Ryan agrees. The ride home is silent. Not an awkward silence. A nice one. I attempt to go to sleep but fail. When we get home, Skye and Paige are asleep. We put them in the room we designed. It's brown and pink. My favorite combo of colors. 

"I'm tired." I say as I fall down on the couch. Ryan sits beside me. His phone dings. 

"Piper says turn on the t.v. to channel 367." he says. I reach for the remote and find the channel. 

"Liv and Maddie stars Dove Cameron and Ryan McCartan were spotted earlier today walking out of St. John's hospital. Our sources say they had two babies. More information as we learn more." the reporter says. 

"What in the world?" I say. 

"Don't worry about it." Ryan says. 

"They're gonna twist everything though." I tell him. 

"Alright. Do you want an interview or something?" Ryan asks. 

"I don't know." I say. 

"Well then don't worry about it." Ryan says. He gets up and walks into the kitchen. I lay my head back and instantly fall asleep. 

~Ryan's P.O.V.~

I walk into the kitchen to get some water. When I come back, Dove's fast asleep on the couch. I carry her upstairs and place her on the bed. I go back downstairs and call over my sister. 

"Hello!" Elsa cheers when she walks in. 

"Ever heard of knocking?" I mumble. 

"Wow. Grumpy much?" Elsa asks. I roll my eyes and so does she. "Where's thing one and thing two?" 

"Sleeping. Just like their mommy." I tell her. We talk and watch some movies while the other girls sleep. 

"You really love Dove, don't you?" Elsa asks while we're in the kitchen. I just nod. "And you're afraid that if you keep dating, you'll lose her." I nod again. "And you want my help in planning the perfect proposal?" 

"Please?" I ask. 

"Sure. Did you ask her mom though?" Elsa asks. 

"Yeah. She said to go for it. I guess she really likes us together." I say. 

"Alright. So, what was the first date you went on?" 

"We went to Disneyland." I answer. 

"Alright. Take her to Disneyland then. I'll do the rest and text you what to do. But you have to promise one thing." Elsa says. 

"What?" I ask cautiously. 

"No questions asked when I tell you to do something." Elsa says. 

"Alright. As long as it's not something stupid like kiss an elephant." I say. 

"Good. I'll text you when you should take her." Elsa says. 

"Hey guys. Whatcha talking about?" Dove asks walking down. 

"Nothing. I have to go but I'll see ya guys later." Elsa tells us walking to the door. 

"Bye Elsa." I say. She waves and walks out. 

~Dove's P.O.V.~

That was weird. Elsa just came over to talk with Ryan for a little bit. 

"Are Paige and Skye still sleeping?" I ask. 

"Yeah." Ryan says. 

"Good." I say. "By the way, Kali was hoping she, Shelly, and Emmy could come over for dinner." 

"Sure." Ryan agrees. I text Kali to come over anytime. She, Shelly, and Emmy all walk into the house an hour later. I hear Skye start to cry which wakes up Paige so I go to get them. I bring them down and Shelly instantly take Paige from me. Emmy takes Skye and they walk into the living room. Kali follows them and so do I. 

"I'm calling Ben, Tenzing, and Joey." Ryan announces as me and the girls talk about cute babies. Soon the guys walk in and Ryan orders pizza. 

"Hey look! It's thing one and thing two!" Joey said walking into the living room. 

"Hurt them I kill you." Ryan threatens. Joey puts his hands up in surrender and Emmy hands him Skye. Ben turns on the Sunday football game me and Ryan recorded for tonight. It was the playoffs between Seattle and Greenbay. So far the Seahawks were winning. The Packers were doing good but not so much.  

"Pizza's here!" I yell as I carry pizza into the kitchen. Everyone comes into the kitchen. Kali now has Paige and Tenzing has Skye. I trust Tenzing because he has a baby sister so he's responsible. 

"I call a slice of cheese!" Joey announces. 

"Alright. But Skye and Paige don't get any of it." I say. The pizza's gone in fifteen minutes and the boys continue to watch the playoffs.
