The Trip to Gotham

(The day they board the plane)
Marinette POV:

I was up earlier than normal which surprised Maman and Papa as well as me. After breakfast, I went upstairs to get ready for the plane ride later today. I went for a more girly vibe today. The bright red skirt was paired with a nice white, long sleeve button-up shirt with a black scarf to go with it.

Once I was in the bakery, I bid my goodbyes and I caught a taxi to the Airport.

After making my way through security, I went to go get our tickets from the lady behind the desk. Most of the class got economy tickets except Chloe and I.

"Miss Boustier! Marinette and Chloe stole Alya and I's tickets!" Complained the Italian girl. I rolled my eyes at their antics and boarded the plane with Chloe despite the complaints being yelled at them.

The plane ride to Gotham was the peace and quiet I needed. I worked on my commissions for Jagged, Clara and even Jason Todd! I thought I would never be famous enough to commission for any of the Wayne's but here we are!

Lila kept on going on about how nice, sweet and romantic her 'Damiboo' was. It got tiring after the first minute. Chloe and I just hopped on the bus and ignored the death glares directed at us.

Once arriving at the hotel, we had to see who are roomates are. I completely zoned out until I heard mine and Chloe's name called. She was over the moon and kept rambling how amazing it was to have her 'mari-bear' as her roomate.

As we were heading into the elevator we heard a high-pitched scream.

"WHY AM I IN A ROOM BY MYSELF?! I WILL CALL MY DAMIBOO TO FIX THIS AND I WILL SHARE A ROOM WITH ADRIEN!" Lila screamed so loud that she caught the attention of all the staff members.

The blonde and I snickered at the fact that she is going to ask her 'boyfriend' to switch her room do that she can get with another boy.

Oh how will Lila survive this trip without getting exposed...
