Seconds after I walked into the court room Trey came in looking at me while walking to his seat. The judge came in and everyone stood up and sat back down. The judge explained everything that was going on now he was about to tell us what we're entitled to.

As the judge was about to speak I spoke.

Me-Umm excuse me Jude Scott can we have a quick 5 minute recess

Judge-Yes everyone return back in 5 minutes

I quickly got up and ran out to court room and down to the hall towards the bathroom. I went into the bathroom and slid down the  and began crying my eyes out. Is this divorce really what I want?? I thought to myself, then everything started running through my mind. The big thing is that he wanted to have me killed what kind of husband would want that for his wife I can't be married to someone who was planning my death. I'm just so disappointed in Trey I've stuck by his side for 11 years, we might not have recognized each other when we reconnected but now we know. He was my first everything my first kiss, the first person I willingly had sex with, my first boyfriend I've given this man all of me and right now I have no more to give. I've wasted 11 years of my life with him now I'm a mother of 5 maybe even 6 kids depending on where's Chole going, don't get me wrong I love my kids but if I would've never met Trey my life would be much different.

While I was thinking my lawyer knocked on the bathroom door and said "Ms.Taylor we have to get back to court" I wiped my eyes and fixed my makeup and went back into the court room.

Judge-Okay so we're just gonna get to the point starting with Mr.Neverson, Tremaine Neverson I entitle you to every piece of property, car, or jewelry that's in your name and your name only and I also entitle you full custody of your daughter Chole Neverson and  Ms.Taylor I entitle you to everything that is joined between you and Mr.Neverson and to everything that belongs to you I also entitle you to full custody of your five children Tremaine Neverson Jr. Tristie Neverson Nevaeh Neverson King Neverson and Lyric Neverson I also entitle you to receive 75% of whatever Mr.Neverson makes off his stage name "Trey Songz" that includes tours pay, album and mixtapes sales, his Angles With Heart foundation, and anything else that regards "Trey Songz" other than that Ms.Taylor will now legally be know as her maiden name Katrina Le'Verne Taylor this court session is now over your divorce is now finalized

I stood up with a big smile on my face and hugged my lawyer. After that I turned around and saw Trey I walked over to him smirking at him.

Me-I told you I was gonna own you right

Trey-Im sor-(gco)

Me-Save it I will be expecting them checks to be flowing in and you'll be able to pick up Chole from your mother house bye bye now

I grabbed my purse and walked out a single woman, I wonder what the future beholds for me. There's only one way to find out and that's keep moving forward in life never look back.
