~PROLOGUE~

He took a step forward and I took one back until my back was pressed to the wall of the girls' locker room.

"Now you have nowhere to run. What are you going to do now, murderer!?"He said, giving me a look filled with hate and a thirst for vengeance, but I wasn't going to be the one to back down. At least not without giving him a proper fight.

"I'm not the murderer.... You are. And I'm gonna make sure that everyone knows," I snapped back.

He looked surprised, not being used to my snappy side before his lips curled into a smirk.

"Game on!" he snarled. I glared back at him.

I hated him...I hate him....And yet as I looked into his black eyes... the little green in them sparkling like the stars we used to gaze at when we were kids, a piece of my heart couldn't help but long to see love in them again....To see these very eyes light up on seeing me. But I know that it's too late for that now...

"Game on," I whispered, looking at his retreating back....and boy, was the game on.
