Basically the idea is: one day SM's executives and the new YG management realize that both compagnies have a lot of fans that love their artists and that they are more and more linked by fans so they decide to try to make a reality tv show + concert intitle "THE Tour", joigning their populars groups. You'll know the details in the story but here the concept:
CONCERT
The concert will be held for 3 days
Each groups will be paired with a group from the other compagny
The pairing that have the most vote from the first two days + variety show, get to be the ending fairy on the third day
Every groups have to perform 10 of their songs + 3 covers (one from another group from the compagny they doesn't belong to (ex: BP have to do a cover from a SM group, NCT have to do a cover from a YG group ; another cover of the group they are paired with and the last one is a dance cover of any song the group wants)
Every pairing will have 3 exclusives song that they'll create during the variety show
VARIETY
The variety showcase the creation of the 3 exclusives song of each pairing + how they cohabited + the making-of of the concert
They'll be games and activities like "basic" varieties shows
Viewers can vote for their faves pairing on the special website created by both compagnies
