Emily's pov:

Next week is Homecoming and I need a dress.
I have no clue what color or style to get and I also don't really have any close friends.
Once I woke up I brushed my teeth and washed my face then headed downstairs.
While I began to eat breakfast, I texted shawn.

Emily: morning :)

Shawn <3 : good morning gorgeous

Emily: want to go dress shopping with me?

Shawn <3: do I have to?

Emily: shawn! please, I don't have anyone else to go with me..

Shawn<3 : okay but I also have to take Aaliyah, my parents are going out.

Emily: okayyy

Shawn<3: I'll pick you up at 1:00

Emily: you're house is literally right next to mine

Shawn<3: yeah but still 😂

Emily: okay see you then ✌️

Shawn <3: bye I love you

Emily: I love you toooo

I put my phone down and after finishing my food I headed upstairs to get dressed.
I curled my hair and did a bit of makeup and wore a regular top and jeans.
Once it was 1:00, Shawn came over and I grabbed my wallet for the dress as I headed out.
I opened the car door, and saw Aaliyah in the back.
" hey cutie " I said and waved

" aw thanks " Shawn said

" not you " I smacked his arm making him laugh and so did Aaliyah.

We made small talk for a while until Take Me To Church by Hozier came on the radio.
I raised the volume and sang loudly.
" I'll tell you my sins and you can sharpen your knife!" I sang

Aaliyah kept laughing and when I turned around I saw she recorded me.

" no, I sound like a cow!" I laughed

" no... " she smiled

"you love a bad singing cow" I said to shawn

" yes I do " he laughed

He grabbed my hand and he didn't take his eyes off the road for safety but you could tell he wanted to because his one eye peered over and he smiled.
He is just plain adorable.

Shawn's pov:

Soon we got to this really big dress store and once we walked in, Em's eyes widened. She squealed and Aaliyah and her went through the ailes.
I sat on a couch by the changing room which really wasn't a room it was a see through sheet.
Em came back with like eight dresses and then Aaliyah came with four.
She gave them to Em and Aaliyah sat next to me.
I peered over and I could see
Em pulling her shirt off leaving her in her bra and underwear. I stared and then Aaliyah said , " Shawn, Turn around !"
I got red and whispered," I didn't do anything"
"Mhmmm" she said looking at me like a freak.
Then Em came out with a light purple dress.
"I don't really like it that much " Her and Aaliyah agreed.
