DEAN: "what in the hell did you do?"
he said under his breath
dean went in the room just to see that sam was on the floor unconscious... he tried to wake sammy up ... but....
DEAN: "you sonofabitch!"
he left the address on the table so that when sam wakes up he can find dean... and dean took baby and headed to the warehouse

when you got back to your family the first time.. they asked you if you did what was told.. you simply replied with yes and went back to your room because you were angry and confused.
after a few minutes
Y/N: "mom?... am I... adopted?"
LIZ: "What?.. who said that to you?"
Y/N: "no one.. just wondering"
at that point LIZ got a hint that you had a talk with the Winchesters.. so she casted a spell.. and weakened SAM.. her intentions were to harm both SAM and DEAN.. but there was something blocking her to reach DEAN.... something or someone stronger... stronger than her.. maybe you...
LIZ called for you and gave you the address to the warehouse
LIZ: "go back.. give it to the brothers and ask them to come"
Y/N: "why will they trust me?!"
ELENA: "you had a talk with them.. dint you?"
Y/N: "I.. okey I will give them the address"
you knew something was going on.. that something must have happened after all your mother and sister got to know that you had a talk with the winchesters
ELENA: "oh.. by the way.. u r ADOPTED... and just so you know.. you had a twin"
you dint say anything.. but in fore head.. SAM's words were replaying...
SAM: "....... they are always in pair... that means you have a twin"
and you remembered the way you denied it... you wanted to hurt them bad.. but you had a doubt in you..
then you went to dean.. gave him the address and came back to the family
DEAN WAS ON HIS WAY TO THE WAREHOUSE WHEN YOU WENT BACK TO THE MOTEL CURED SAM FROM THE SPELL....
SAM woke up shocked.. he dint remember who healed him.. all he remembered was a soft touch that cured him...
he saw the paper with the address and was on his way to the warehouse soon after...
before DEAN entered the warehouse.. he saw a beam of light from behind.. he waited for sometime and turned to find sLSAM...
DEAN: "hey, SAMMY"
SAM: "so.. we going in there?"
