*Kayleighs POV*
-The next day-
I spend the day avoiding Jake. Because I'm not in the mood for a vampire. So I hang with Cole, who is a lot like me, we got to know each other very well.
"Kaaaaaaaaaaaaayyleigh!"
"Cooooooooooolle!"
"I'm boooooored!!!"
"So am iiiiiiii!!!" We both end up laughing. Then his face turns semi serious.
"Can I tell you something?" He silently asks.
"Sure go for it." I tell him.
"Well. I- I'm uhh. I'm kinda Gay." He mumbles, but loud enough for me to hear.
"OMG! That's soo cool. I'm totally fine with it. Just don't make out in front of me ok?" I kind of Fangirl.
I love Gay people. Ok no that kind of love. But think they are really cool.
"And I have a crush. But I'm not sure if he's gay."
"Spill now." I demand. I need to know.
"His names Jake. He's in your classes." I cover my mouth with my hand. I had suspicions.
"I'll ask. For you. Or just tell him to. Which ever one you prefer." I say with enthusiasm.
"Go for it. But make it a blind date. Like all he knows is that it's a date." He was so happy. I'm so pumped about this.
I walk home and start thinking, like deep thinking.
What if his hunger strikes up?
Will his thirst become to much?
What happens when his eyes change colour when he's eating?
When will he break from animal blood to human when he smells Cole?
I'm rethinking all of this through. I'm not sure if this date should happen. I may have to break Coles heart. Or who really knows. Anyway. Till the next time I see Jake.
