I woke up to my head throbbing, my whole body ached. My back was on fire, Percy was helping the best he could but water wasn't doing much. We arrived at Olympus, the moment my feet hit the ground I tumbled to the ground. Annie and Percy helped me to my feet.

"I got you Elena." Percy whispered.

"We both do." Annabeth added.

"Thanks guys."

Thalia was still half asleep as we walked up the stairs to Olympus. It took awhile but we made it my legs wouldn't work, I was just dragging my feet along. I tried to take a step but failed, my ankle twisted, "Shit!" I almost fell.

Percy and Annabeth braced me, "Stop straining yourself." Percy warned.

"I'm okay." I insisted.

"No you're not Elena, stop lying." Annabeth cut in.

I rolled my eyes, "Both ganging up on me now?" I questioned.

"It's only because we care." Thalia spoke up.

I raised an eyebrow at her, "What just because I hit people a lot doesn't mean I don't care." she shrugged.

I laughed, and we kept walking. We went through the doors of the throne room and all eyes turned to us.

"Welcome heroes!" Artemis boomed.

"Mooo!" a familiar sound. We turned and I saw Bessie and Grover.

"Percy!" he exclaimed.

He started to run to us but looked at Zeus. He nodded and Grover sprinted to us. He ran into our arms, I grunted in pain. He noticed, "Elena what happened?"

"Oh you know, same old back injury."

Grover's eyes held pity, "I'm fi-" I was cut off.

"I square to the gods if you say you're fine again Elena. I will punch you." Thalia warned.

Thalia said that sentence a little too loud. My dad's head perked up, his headphones came out from his ears. He looked at Artemis as if he wanted to make sure he heard Thalia right.

"She's hurt pretty bad brother. You must help her."

My dad shot up from his throne and changed into human size, he ran over. Annabeth and Percy handed me to my dad. My legs failed me and I fell to the ground.

"Firebird..." he whispered, "What happened?" he knelt down next to me.

"Yeah well funny story, my wings and back got shattered last summer by a cyclops. Then got healed by the golden fleece. But not fully because I gave the fleece to Thalia's tree and then I held up the sky with Percy so yeah."

"Why didn't you just tell me in a prayer? I would've come down healed you months ago."

"Because you already favor me out of all your other kids. I don't want to seem more spoiled. They already don't like me. Except Kayla and Will.

"I don't care, you're my favorite whether they like or not. Hold still, I'm going to heal your back."

I nodded, he placed his hands on my back. I felt a warm and soothing sensation, a glowing light surrounding us both. I felt my strength return and my body felt like I could move again. When the light faded, I was able to stand and my back didn't feel completely destroyed. My dad helped me up, I hugged him with tears in my eyes.

"Thanks dad."

"I'll always help you, my daughter."

"I love you."
