The red lines

Chloe's POV
we had just come back from our shopping trip and I was now sitting on Micah's sofa, the test was waiting for me on coffee table.
"I'm here for you" said Micah as she handed me the test. I knew I had to take it. I took a deep breath and stood and Made my way to the toilet. I sat down and did my business.
"Well"? Said Micah as I came back into the living room
"I haven't looked yet" I said sitting down next to her. I took a moment to prepared my self and I then I turned the test over and that's when I saw the two red lines as clear as day and I had seen plenty of movie and TV shows to know that meant positive.
"Oh fuck" said Micah.
"What I am gonna do"? I said. Micah put her arm around me.
"I mean how am I gonna tell Dashiell"? I said.
"I'm sure he'll understand" said Micah.
"But what if he doesn't, what if he wants nothing to do me with me or the baby" I said.
"And what will my dad think, what will everyone think"? I said. Micah then pulled me into a proper hug.
"Everything is going to be okay" she whispered.
