Trouble (related to the Suggs part 3)

Telling him

Chloe's POV
it was now Monday so I had the whole weekend to dwell on the fact that I was pregnant and since Saturday I had taken another test, this time a digital one but it only told me what the other test told me, only this time it literally said pregnant. I wanted to wait for a while until I told Dashiell but Micah had convinced me that it was better that I tell him sooner rather then later. So I was telling him today. I got ready and then I made my way to the bus stop where Micah was waiting for me.
"Hey, how are you"? Asked Micah.
"Um well apart from the fact that I'm scared shit less that I'm about to tell my boyfriend that I'm having his baby, I'm good" I said.
"I know it's scary, but just know that I'll always be here for you" Said Micah.
"Thank you, I don't know what I'd do without you" I said and just as I did the bus pulled up.
After a short while we arrived at college which meant I was one step closer to telling Dashiell.
"I'll leave you two to talk" said Micah as we got into the reception where he was waiting for us.
"Hey, glad to see you're feeling better" said Dashiell as he gave me a hug.
"Yeah well kinda" I said as I pulled out of his hug.
"What do you mean"? He asked with a worried look on his face.
"Well um- I- I'm- um" I said unable to finish my sentence.
"Just give me second" I said and then I went over to Micah.
"I can't do it" I said to her quietly.
"Well show him the test" said Micah. I nodded and then I went back over to Dashiell.
"Okay look I don't know how to tell you, so I'm just gonna show you" I said and then I placed the pregnancy test in his hands. He looked down at and then he looked at me, he said nothing, he then gave me the test back and walked away. I immediately burst into tears, Micah came rushing over to me.
"Hey, shush it's okay" she said. I continued to sob on her shoulder. I tried looking around for Dashiell but I couldn't see him, perhaps he had gone off to class already.
"Um we better get going to class, we'll be late otherwise" I said wiping away my tears.
"Are you sure you want to go class, I can tell miss you still don't feel well, she'd understand" said Micah.
"No I want the rest of this day to be as normal as possible" I said.
"Okay" said Micah and then we made our way to class.
"Hello girls just in time, is  Dashiell not with you"? Said Miss Moon.
"Um no, we saw him this morning but we had a bit of a falling out, so I don't know if he's coming to class or not" I said.
"Okay thank you for telling me" said Miss Moon. 5 mins later Dashiell walked in but he didn't come and join us at our usual table instead he went and sat on his own in the corner.
"Okay guys just carry on with your posters, you know you're groups so get into them please" said Miss Moon. Dashiell was in our group of course but he didn't move from his spot.
"Um girls, Dash is in your group isn't he"? Said Miss Moon.
"Yeah, but he won't sit with us and there's not enough room where he's sitting" we said.
"Alright okay I'll go and talk to him cause really he needs to finish off this poster with you guys other wise he's gonna have to start a new one on his own" she said and then she went over to talk him. Miss spoke to him but he didn't bother coming over to us, he didn't even bother  to get up to start his own poster he just sat there for the whole lesson with his arms folded. Micah and I finished the poster just in time for the end of the lesson.
"So anyway to take your mind off things how about we talk about my upcoming birthday party, what have you got planned for it, I won't tell anyone and I promise I'll act surprised" said Micah.
"Micah I honestly wish I could tell you but what's been planned for your birthday party my dad and Tracey are planning it, I'm banned from planning parties remember" I said.
"Okay I know the light bulbs got smashed and that the house nearly got burnt down but is it really necessary to ban you from planning parties" said Micah.
Micah the fire brigade had to be called  and our whole front room had to be redecorated" I said.
"Still I think your dads being a tiny bit dramatic" said Micah chuckling.
