*One month later*

"Knock knock?" I said opening Lexie's door slowly.

"Come in!" Lexie chimed from the other side of the door. I walked in and saw her packing her last box. she looks up at me and smiled.

"Your almost finished already" I said looking around fighting back the tears.

"Yeah, now I just have to wait till Ashton gets here and we can start moving all the boxes and I can move into his place" she said her smile so big and her voice screaming excitement.

"That's great. Um, here I...made this, for you" I said holding out a photo album that I had been making for throughout the week.

"What's this?" she asked walking over.

"Just some photos" I said cutting my sentence short when I felt the urge to break down and start crying.

"Oh Ridley" she said finally getting that I was about to cry. She pulled me and wrapped her arms around my middle. I locked my arms around her neck and closed my eyes letting the tears run free down my face.

"I love you" I sobbed and I heard her sniff. We tightened out grip around each other and it wasn't long before we were both crying hysterically.

We held each other for what seemed like hours. When stopped crying and clean our selves up when we heard Ashton beep the horn six times while pulling into the drive way.

"You gonna be okay?" she asked, rubbing my shoulders for comfort.

"Yep. I've had my cry. Now I want you to be happy with Ashton" I said taking her hands in mine and giving her a warm smile.

"Okay" she said. She turned on her heels and picked up a box. I did the same and followed her out to the front door where Ashton was waiting with a ass smile on his face.

"Hey baby" he said excitedly to Lexie.

"Hey!" she said putting the box down and running into his arms. I laughed and put my box on hers, walking back into her room and grabbing another one.

I turned around once I found one that I could carry and and jumped when I saw Michael standing in the door way.

"Fuck!" I exclaimed almost dropping the box. He laughed and walked toward me and pecked me on my forehead.

"Nice to see you too" I said grabbing a box behind me.

"What are you doing here?" I asked watching him try to lift the heavy box. He decide he couldn't carry and grabbed a different one.

"Helping out my friends and my girlfriend" he said smiling at me as he stood up towering over me. "Lexie told me you haven't been talking to her a whole lot since she told you she was moving out and in with Ashton" he said.

"Oh right" I said looking down at the box in my hands.

"You okay?" he asked with concern.

"Yeah. Um, we kinda had a cry before you guys got here" I confessed. He pressed his lips to my temple and I closed my eyes letting him linger there.

"I love you" he mumbled in my ear.

"I love you too" I replied.

-

"Okay" I said pushing the box into the back of Ashton's car. "That's the last one"

"Thank you" Lexie she said with a smile. I turned to face her and took a deep breath in. "Please don't cry, my eyes can't take anymore tears" she said jokingly looking at me.

"It's okay, I don't think I have anymore tears left" I said letting a sly laugh. She wrapped her arms around my neck and pulled me in for another quick hug. I wrapped my arms around her and pecked her cheek. She did the same and pulled away when Ashton started the car.

"You ready babe?" he said looking over the car roof at us.

"Yep" she said walking to the passenger side and opening the door. She sat down in the seat and clicked her seat belt in. Ashton backed out and Lexie gave me one last look before he took of down the road.

I breathed in and out and in again. Finally sucking the tears back for good. Michael was gone and I had the house to myself now...forever.
