Chapter 3: Skating

Lea's pov:
Today I had to meet up with Lexi to tell her how the date went. I went to the field and she was standing there with the other cheerleaders. "How did it go?" She asked. "He kissed me! Does that explain enough." I said with attitude! Can't this bet be over already. "You can't break his heart yet. I'll let you know! In the meantime keep working your magic." She said and then she went back to teaching the routine. I saw Dana practicing for his game that was tomorrow. I saw him waving at me and I waved back and left to go back inside the school.

After what seemed like days school was finally over. "what do you want to do today beautiful?" Dana whispered in my ear. "We should go skating." I said turning around to face him. "Ok skating it is. Do you want to go now?" He asked grabbing my hand. "Yeah sure." I said smiling. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Lexi looking at us. We raced each other to the car and of course Dana won. "No fair! You are trained to run!" I said pouting. "Well I will let you win next time." He said then he kissed me. We kissed for a few more seconds then we pulled away. "Let's ummmm.. Head to the rink." Dana said opening up my door.

Dana's pov:
I think I really am slowly falling in love with this girl. She finally changed my views on women. I know I can trust her and she will never hurt me. "We are here." I said as I parked. ".Yay!!!" She said getting out the car and then closing her door. I locked the doors and we went inside to pay for everything. I insisted that I pay but she was being stubborn and made me let her pay.

We sat on a bench and put on our skates. "Ready?!" She said grabbing my hand and skating onto the rink. I quickly lost my balance and fell but she had skated away from me. I stood up and chased after her. She makes me feel like a better man and she changed me.
