Oh by the way, I made a few changes to the story, not many!Mso don't tell me to read the book, I've read the series 12 times(I counted)

Chap 1: I see the Minotaur beaten up by a scrawny kid

My nightmare started like this, I was back in Brooklyn, back in the Cyclopes' lair and a layer of ice coated my stomach. Through the darkness, someone came, and I reached for my dagger, but it wasn't there. Then Luke stepped out of the darkness and I breathed a sigh of relief. Then I looked in his eyes, and instead of being bright blue, they were golden. Thalia also stepped out, with the same golden eyes. I knew they weren't the same. I backed up against the wall, and threw my knife at Luke. It bounced off as if his skin was made of iron. I knew celestial bronze could hurt even gods, so what is Luke? He came closer, closer than he lunged at me, with Thalia.

I shrieked, and got up. Luckily I didn't wake up anyone from the cabin. My nightmares just keep getting worse and worse. I checked my phone 5:01. I got up, slipped on a new shirt and jeans, strapped my dagger to my belt and went out. It was still a little dark,but enough light for me. i went up half blood hill and sat underneath Thalia's pine. i closed my eyes, and let my thoughts invade my mind.

Thalia, I can't get her out of my mind. It's been 5 years since her death, and yet I have nightmare about her and Luke. They are my best friends at camp, well Luke is. Thalia is a daughter of Zeus, and died 5 years ago when she sacrificed herself to distract some (ok alot of) monsters. Grover, was the satyr assigned to bring her safely to camp, but when you are escorting three half-bloods, especially if one of them is a child of the big three, it can get quite difficult. he saved me and luke, but thalia sacrificed herself. Zeus took pity on her and turned her into a pine tree. her spirit keeps the monsters out, and makes a protective barrier. She has electric blue eyes, wears punk and goth clothes and loves green day. she was 12 when she died, so she would be 17 right now. Luke is a son of Hermes, and he hates his father. He has blue eyes and is 19. He is quite cute, and I have a crush on him, mostly because he and Thalia were the first people to care about me.

My name is Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena, and head counselor of cabin 6. I've been stuck at camp half blood for 5 years, and have been waiting for a quest ever since I was 9. Don't get me wrong, I love camp, but when you stay in one place for 5 years, it really bugs you. Especially for an ADHD child like me. Chiron keep commenting on how my skills are "flawless" and "unmatched" but

He won't send me on "dangerous" quests despite being the "most skilled warrior with a knife he has ever seen". It all started because of Luke, when got his scar, in the garden of the Hesperides. I've been pressing Chiron so much, he revealed part of the prophecy. Apparently, I had to wait for a "special" camper to come. I thought every new camper that came was my ticket to leading my quest but I guess not. Three months and no such luck.

My train of thoughts was interrupted by a loud "ahhhh" and a familiar sound"FOOOOD!" I turned around to see the Minotaur and a boy with raven black hair. He had a murderous look on his face and I had a feeling the scream from before wasn't from him. Then he did the stupidest thing ever, he charged the beast. It was looking at a satyr, but it turned around in surprise. The boy jumped on its head, and broke its horn off. It fell, screaming in agony, but I don't know why. The horn was a part of its skull, and no veins, arteries or anything was in it it to cause it pain. As it was down the boy pushed into its furry chest, but not before it could slam the boy with his hand.

He went flying into a tree, but remained consciousness. That moment I went up to the big house to get Chiron. I saw him, and told him what happened. He muttered something, and I caught one word, "Percy". I turned around and saw the boy hauling the satyr along the floor, and I saw the satyr was Grover, the protector who had tried to escort Thalia,Luke and me to camp. Chiron stood next to me and I just had to say" He's the one.He must be."

Chiron said "Silence Annabeth. He's still conscious , bring him inside."

Is he the camper I have been waiting for?
