With Killer and Cross...

They just had been making noises at each other and that about it.

When Nightmare had brought Dream back.

Dream was carried, Cross and Killer were overjoyed for their lover are back.

Dream didn't react and Nightmare told them why.

Killer frowned and accepted it, Cross took a bit to accept it but he soon did

Nightmare stared at Dream, who just look to the floor not saying anything.

Killer had kissed his cheek and walked away and Cross had followed Killer.

Nightmare got some food and basically spoon-fed Dream, who didn' reject at all...

Nightmare actually found this appealing with his brother being quiet and under his control.

Nightmare checked his soul, and which it had carried his children.

To Nightmare, deep down before, he thought of Dream was keeping Cross and Killer happy, and somebody to hold his bearers.

He didn't really like Dream before but he was willing to keep him alive for Killer and Cross.

Now that he was carrying their children, he would likely never be able to leave just due to he knows Dream wouldn't abandon them.

Even if he did, Nightmare was willing to shatter his mind, until he nothing but under his and his loved ones' control.

But that was before and now
Nightmare loved the fact that Dream was fully dependent, he also had a bond to him.

He remembers the good moments before the apple incident and he liked having his brother around in a way.

Now that Dream was back into his arms, he didn't have to worry about the villagers anymore that always stole Dream away.

He hated those villagers and the day he killed them was a blissful memory

Nightmare looked at Dream and rubbed his cheek and said

"Oh Dream, you were so naive back then and I wonder why I didn't just do this early...
You'll never fly free, little bird and I'll break your mind just to do that."

Dream inside heard this but he didn't react just not feeling anything
