Terrible Things
Stan Marsh x F! ReaderStan looked down at the beautiful bouquet of flowers he had bought at a small shop near his house and he set it down in front of him. It was a warm summer evening and the wind blew slightly making Stan's black hair whip around crazily. He didn't seem to care though, he was to entranced by the tree in front of him and the grave that was in front of the beautiful blossom tree.
Stan looked at the carvings on the grave and closed his eyes, feeling them water slightly. The grave belonged to someone he knew for a long time, someone he cared for deeply. He opened his eyes and crouched down to the grave and gently traced the name on the grave stone that read.

Stan stopped himself from reading the rest and looked down in deep thought. While thinking he didn't notice a certain black haired boy frowning at the male in front of the grave. The young boy tugged on the sleeve of Stan's shirt to catch his attention. Stan looked down in curiosity at the boy he was caring for.
"Why did she die?" He asked and looked at Stan with his crystal blue orbs. "Why does life do terrible things?" He murmured while looking down. Stan looked at the nine year old and put a hand on his shoulder.
"Have I ever told you how I met her?" He asked. The young boy shook his head and looked up at Stan. Stan smiles gently and told the boy to sit down next to him which he did. Stan sat on the grass from his crouching position and started to speak. "Well, it all started at Starks Pond....."

"Hello? Are you listening?" Kyle asked and waved his hand in front of his best friend. Stan hummed a response and kept looking at the girl that sat on the bench that was peacefully reading her book. Kyle sighed and shook his head. "Dude, we've known [Name] for so long, and you've had a crush on her since she first came here last year! You got to ask her out now!!" Kyle exclaimed. Stan sighed and shook his head.
"Dude, I can't..." Stan said and stopped looking at you to look at his ginger friend. "If she doesn't feel the same way, I'll be ruined! I'm a nine year old boy! I could end up being alone if she rejects me!" Stan groaned and put his head on picnic table that both the boys were sitting at. Kyle got up and patted his friends back.
"It's now or never dude," Kyle said and took out his wallet. "I'll be back, I'm gonna get a soda." Kyle said and walked over to the bathrooms near by that had vending machines near them. Stan just nodded and continued to look at you. He sighed dreamily at your features.
You were beautiful. With your glossy [Hair Color] hair that framed your creamy [Skin Tone] face. Your vivid [Eye Color] eyes were always shining and your plump cherry colored lips. Oh how he wished he could kiss them. He looked down from his gaze on you and sighed. He loved you, not only because of your beauty but personality. You were everything he could ask for. You were nice, sweet, intelligent, funny, charming and just perfect!
Stan kept looking down sorrowfully and bit his lip. What he didn't notice was that you left the bench and headed his way. Once he heard boots crunching on the snow, he looked up to expect Kyle standing in front of him with a soda in his hand. But no. He found you standing in front of him with a warm smile. He blushed and stood up straighter.
"H-hey [Name]," he stuttered. You giggled and pointed to the seat in front of him.
"May I sit?" you asked.
"Of coarse!" he blushed more and you sat in front of him. You put your elbows on the table and rested your chin on your hands as you stared at Stan. With each passing second he blushed more and more till he was as red as a tomato. Finally he broke the silence. "Uhh, wa-was there so-something you want?" he asked as he felt a lump in his throat. 'Oh god,' he thought to himself. He felt like puking. He forced himself to keep it in as you nodded your head.
