The nerd at the back of the class

Intro

MELODY'S P.O.V

" melody wake up !" My mom says impationtly . I groan and turn to my side . She pulls the duvet from me . " i said wake up !" She says frustrated with my actions . I mean it's not my problem that i'm not a morning person . Besides me and my bed have a special relationship . my mom is nagging about my sleeping habit again . I finally decide to open my eyes and sit straight . I hold my hands up " i'm up ." I say and my mom rolls her eyes . " you have 15 minutes to get ready melody ." She says and walks out the room . I go to my closet and choose what i'm going to wear for school . Then i throw them on my bed and pack my bag and head to my bathroom . I do my business and wash my hands .

Then i grab a comb and brush my natural brown wavy hair . I put on a little bit of makeup since i'm not a big fan of it . I mean why do some girls wear too much makeup ? It only makes them look like a crayon raped their face actually . I go out of the bathroom and put on my outfit for the day . I go down and sit beside my mom . " finally !" She says and i giggle . She puts my plate infront of me and i start eating my breakfast . Once i'm finished my mom grabs her car keys and we walk to our garage . She unlocks the door and i sit in the car . Then she drives me to school . i'm really excited . Well not for school actually , for seeing my friends again .

Since the school isn't too far from our house it takes short time to reach it . My mom stops the car when we reach my school . " melody if you keep waking up like this the whole school year , then you are in big trouble . Sometimes i really don't know what to do with you ." She says and sighs . " but you love me ." I say with puppy dog eyes . " whatever ." She says and i hug her and kiss her cheek . " good luck !" She says as i walk out of the car . I wave at her and walk to our usual hang out place with my friends . Once i reach it they are all there smiling at me . Mia , my bestfriend , runs and hugs me tight . I giggle and hug her back . After some seconds i say " mia , can't breathe !" She pulls out and smiles at me . I gladly return it .

" mia i know she is your bestfriend but would you give us time to greet her too ?" Austin says and mia gives him a dirty look and moves away . Austin pulls me into his arms and hugs me . Personally i think his hugs are the best . " how are you , richards ?" Austin says and smiles " good . What about you edwards ?" I say returning his smile " never better ." He says . I pull out and walk towards the others . First i hug katy then demi , emma , kevin , jack , troye , jared . We all start talking about our last weeks of summer . Although we spent pretty much the whole summer together but still we have stuff to talk about .

The bell rings and we all groan . We check our time tables with each other . Great ! I have english now . I hate the subject and to my luck none of the guys have english with me . Could life get any better ? I make my way to our english class . I spot a seat at the back of the class and i walk towards it . I put my bag on the desk and sit on my place . I look around the class so maybe i could find something to entertain me for a while . But i find nothing . I look around . The usual sequence . The geeky nerds in the front . Normal ones in the middle and the cool and popular ones in the back and this nerd next to me . Wait what ?!

The seat next to me there is this guy sitting which looks like nerds and has glasses on . But normally nerds don't sit at the back of the class . I look closely at him . He has a really beautiful short brown hair . He is wearing a dark blue beanie . His tshirt is a blue which is a lighter shade of his beanie and a pair of jeans and black vans . He has a good style for a nerd if i say so myself . His arm musceles are big , i can say he works out . He catches me staring at him and looks at me . He has brown eyes which are really beautiful as well . but then suddenly he looks down again . I can tell he is shy .

Our english teacher walks in and everybodys attention turn to him . I turn my head to the girl the other side of me . Her name is melissa , she used to be in my history class last year . " pst , melissa ." I say quietly she turns her attention to me and gives me a confused look . " who is he ?" I ask her " he is a nerd , he used to be in my math class last year . I don'y know his name ." She says and i nod my head . The teacher starts reading our family names to check if anybody is absent . "Jacobs " the teacher says and the nerd raises his hand . So his family name is jacobs . I start to think about him , how could he be this hot and a nerd at the same time ? The teacher suddenly breaks the chain of my thoughts by calling my name . " richards " he says and i say " here , sir "

The day passes by and all i could think of the whole day was " the nerd at the back of the class"
