Athena Pov:

We finally step back into mystic falls after being away from for centuries,Moving away was hard but being back is even harder,so many memories come flooding back as I stare at the mystic falls sign.

"So here we are again,where it all begin"Artemis says as she touches the mystic falls sign.

"It feels weird being back"I say to her as I take in the scene before me as we grab our bags and walk towards the house we use to live in.

"Wait,I hear people in the house"Artemis says as we halt in our steps as I begin listening in on the chattering going on.

"Skye I told you it was once known as our house but now it's the Salvatore boarding house and we're gonna live with the people living in there"I say to Artemis as she frowns at the fact I say live with them.

"Eww,why it was our house first"She says as I just sigh and knock on the door after a few minutes the door opens and a young man with short brownish hair and blue eyes opens the door.

"Yes can I help you"The man says to us as he looks at Artemis as she kicks the letter box.

"Hi I'm Krystal and that's Skye we spoke over the phone about the guest rooms"I say as he smiles as he remembers about the conversation over the phone.

"Oh yes welcome in and I'm Zachary or you can call me Zach,how was the journey getting here?"Zach says grabbing my luggage and bringing it in for me as he goes to grab Artemis's luggage she doesn't let go of it sending him a scowl as he yanks her luggage from her bringing it in as we step into the house.

"The journey was good but it feels weird being back"I say to Zach as he closes the door leading us to the living room as we take a seat.

"You've been here before"Zach says surprised.

"We actually use to live here but moved away due to personal reasons"I say as Zach looks even more surprised as the door slams shut.

"ZACH"I hear a yell as a male with dirty blonde hair and green eyes enters the room stopping in his tracks as he looks at us and then his eyes land somewhere and I look at what he's looking at and it's Artemis as she scowls at the floor.

"Ermm,I'm sorry for interrupting,I'm Stefan"Stefan says as he shakes my hand and then tries shaking Artemis hand as she just gives him a dirty look.

"Don't mind her that's Skye and I'm Krystal"I say to Stefan as he smiles at me and then looks at Artemis again.

"Stefan i was just gonna show Krystal and Skye to there bedrooms would you like to come along"Zach asks Stefan as he agrees and they take us to our bedrooms and then show us the whole house.

"If you ever need anything you can always ask us and this house also begins to you now so don't be afraid to do whatever you like,Okay so we're gonna let you rest now,see you in the morning"Zach says as Stefan and him say goodnight to the both of us as I head of to my room leaving Artemis in her own room as I get ready for bed and fall asleep.

Artemis pov:

I get up early in the morning annoyed at the fact Athena is making me attend school like come on I'm like so old,I should be dead and expired but I'm alive and kicking still.

I head to the bathroom take a shower and get changed into all black clothes,Athena always reminds me that I look like I'm off to someone's funeral,like I said I should be buried like 6ft underground,Athena and I have seen the world around us change from watching people being dressed in suits and gowns to people inventing technology and here we are now in a house that was once ours but now someone else's.

I head down to the kitchen grabbing a apple as I see Stefan come towards the kitchen.

"Good morning"He says to me as I just stare at him like why's he so happy at this time of the day.

"Morning"I reply as I continue eating my apple.

"Krystal said you're starting school today"Stefan says to me as he puts his shoes on.

"Yeah and I hate it"I say heading towards the door.

"Schools not that bad and come on i'll give you a ride since we're attending the same school"Stefan says to me as I nod and we head into his car as he drives us to school as he leads me to the principals office.

"Good morning you must be Skye Reigns"The principal says he hands me my schedule and books.

"Morning"I say as we leave the office and he leads me to my first class as he knocks on the door.

"Morning Mr Tanner we have a new student starting today and I want everyone to welcome her"Both the principal and the teacher look at me asking me to come in as I do everyone stares.

"This is Skye Reigns,she's new here and treat her well,where would you like her to sit Mr Tanner"The principal says as he points at the seat next to Stefan as I walk to the seat and sit down.

"Hi I'm Elena"A female student in front of me turns around greeting me with her hand out as I shake it.

"Skye"I say as we smile at eachother as I got to know her friends Caroline,Bonnie and Matt as the lesson ends and it's lunch time as I head to the cafeteria and Stefan approaches me.

"Come sit with us"Stefan says as I scowl at him again.

"No thanks"I say as Elena comes running up to me.

"Sit with us"Elena says dragging me to her table with her friends and a few moments later Stefan takes a seat.

"So Skye,how are you liking Mystic Falls"Caroline says to me as she smiles brightly.

"It's the same"I say confusing them.

"Same"Bonnie questions.

"I use to live here"I say to them as they no longer have the confused looks that they had as we all talk and eat at the same time.

"Skye do you have a boyfriend"Caroline asks me as the small smile I had disappears just as fast it appeared.

"I'm finished with my lunch,see you later"I say avoiding the conversation as I get up to leave.

"Skye I didn't mean to......"Caroline says with a apologetic look.

"I know it's fine,If you need me I'm going to be in the library"I say stopping her from apologising any further as I rush out of the cafeteria.
