You both wake up and sees the note. Draco goes over and grabs it. He reads it out loud.

You look at him. Your father did this? He looks at you "he seemed to have yes but why did he follow us we were somewhere nobody knows" you look at him worried. "What's happening" he puts a hand on your shoulder and gives you a reassuring smile. "As long as your sure love" you smile at him. "Let's have a bed day darling, my mum is out so we can relax" you smile and cuddles up to him, he holds you tightly in his arms.
It was the next morning and you both slept in. Draco received the news His mother had died leaving his dad in charge of everything. "Draco I'm now in charge, you and y/n have the house to yourself with me in there also. If either of you need anything you let me know" he nods "yes father" he goes back up to cuddle you and tells you the news. You feel bad. "Can I ask you something" Draco asks you smile "yes?" He hesitated for a second and pulls out a ring "will you marry me" you stood there in shock. "YES!" You yelled. "Great"
