Dr. Strange held up his index finger as Tony fell beside him. A sudden wave of realization hit him and he flew towards Thanos and tried to pull off the gauntlet from his hand. But Thanos pushed him aside and fixed the gauntlet back in his hand

"I am inevitable," he said as he snapped his fingers, but nothing happened. He turned his hand to look at the infinity stones, but they were gone.

When he looked up again, he saw the stones set into place in Tony's hand. "And I, am, Iron Man," Tony said, and snapped his fingers, but once again nothing happened.

Everyone who had been fighting all this time paused to look at the scene. They were confused when they realized that the infinity stones had disappeared. Suddenly two women appeared out of a portal. One, who was unfamiliar to everyone else, and another who had jumped off a cliff at Vormir a little while back.

The unfamiliar one wore a long blue full-sleeved dress that stuck to her upper half but flowed down her waist. Her long ginger hair cascaded down her back and her forest green eyes swept through the scene in front of her.

"Nat?" Clint asked as he took a step towards the two women.

Natasha, who had been holding on to the other woman as they flew through the portal, looked up to see Clint. "Hi" She breathed out as a small smile made way to her face.

"Is that really you?" Clint asked and Natasha nodded with tears in her eyes.

"Yes, yes, she's alive and she's back and we all love her, but can we get back to the man with the saggy nuts on his face," the mystery woman said as she turned her attention back to Thanos. Sam snickered at this but tried to cover it up with a cough when he saw the rest of the army still have a serious face.

The unknown woman let go of Natasha and carried herself towards Thanos with confidence and held out her hand for him to shake. Thanos looked down at her hand, shocked and confused, but still extended his own arm to lightly shake it.

As she dropped her hand, she took a step back and looked around the battlefield, trying to take in the whole situation, and then turned back to Thanos. "Hi, I know you don't know me, and frankly I don't want to introduce myself to you. But you, you have caused quite a lot of problems across the universe. You think you're a god and have decided that it's your job to fix the universe, but guess what saggy nuts, it's not." She was quite furious at him for doing what he had done and justifying it as his destiny.

She heard a small grunt come from Natasha and turned around to see her holding on to Clint as she tried to stand. With the wave of her hand, a chair appeared for Natasha to sit on. A grateful smile was sent her way from the duel colored hair woman as she slowly sat down. Moving through those types of portals from such a big distance could easily wear off a normal human being.

"The universe requires correction" Thanos spoke, making the woman turn her attention back to him.

But before he could continue, she interrupted him "If someone sees everything around themselves as imperfect, they would say that. It is not for you to decide what to do with the universe."

Thanos was growing impatient. He didn't know who this woman was, and he didn't care. "Where are the stones?" he asked angrily as he roughly grabbed the front of her dress.

Instead of getting scared, she smirked down at his hand before looking back at him "They're safe with me, don't worry."

Then she moved her right arm to grab his hand that was still holding her and freed herself from his grasp with ease. Thanos watched in confusion as she still held on to him, her strength causing actual pain in the Titan's arm. Stepping back, she let go of his arm and watched as a look of horror passed his face. She had somehow put him under a spell, not allowing him to move any part of his body other than his face.

"What are you doing," he asked as she pulled out a sword from thin air.

"Cleaning up your mess" she replied, and then with one swift move, she had cut off his head. The sword then disappeared into the air as she dusted her hands on her dress"Well that was easy." Turning around, she was met with shocked faces that kept glancing between her and the severed head that lay on the ground.

The army that had come with Thanos was now fleeing to the small remaining ships that hadn't been destroyed by Carol Danvers.

Tony who was now leaning against one of the ruins from the battle, stood up and took a few steps towards the ginger-haired woman. "Who are you and where have you been this whole time?" he asked, but she just smiled and shook her head as she made her way towards Natasha.

Concern filled her face as she placed her palm on the tired woman's cheek "You really need to get some food in your system and need a good twelve-hour long sleep if you want to feel better." Natasha just smiled at the woman who had saved her life and nodded.

"Does anyone know any good restaurants around here, she needs to eat to stay conscious, and I'm a little hungry too?" she asked, glancing around the field. Her eyes landed on Steve's arm which had a huge, deep cut on it. "Oh shit, you need to get that checked out," she said while pointing at him.

"Yes ma'am I will, but who are you," Steve asked but the question was again ignored by the woman.

She moved down to pick up Natasha and then looked up at Clint. "Here's what's going to happen, you are going to take her to someplace where she can get some food and then back to your house and let her live there till she is back on her feet."

Then she turned to face the rest of the people on the battlefield "You guys are going to go to the doctor to make sure you're fine and then do whatever you want."

"I'm sorry but we don't take orders from a woman who literally popped out of nowhere and won't even tell us who she is," Tony said as Pepper made her way over to him and helped him stand up.

The woman gave him a pleasant smile as she spoke "I'm sorry Mr. Stark but I will be keeping my identity private, and I know you don't trust me, but I did just bring back your friend from the dead so I think I can get some plus points for that."

Wanda walked towards the mystery woman and tried to concentrate but couldn't read her mind. "Why can't I read your mind?" she asked.

"That's because I know how to block you out" she responded smirking slightly. "It's not very easy but it comes with practice."

Taking one last look around the whole area "Well I'm going to go now, you guys take care," she began walking away. But she didn't get too far when she locked eyes with him.

He had the most beautiful eyes she had ever seen, and instantly she knew he was her soulmate. She stood there, frozen like a mannequin, unable to comprehend anything around her. It was like what people saw in movies, the whole world fell away and it was just them. When he looked at her, it was like he could finally see happiness. He wanted to run to her and hold her close to him and never let go. He felt the need to protect her from every evil thing in the world, cherish the rest of his life with her.

"Hey, are you okay" Natasha voiced and broke the woman from her trance-like state. Turning around she simply nodded and walked away, not looking back at the man, scared she wouldn't be able to leave if she did.
