Chapter 4

Max pov
I watched Ruth as she slept on my bed.I looked away for a minute,drying the tears I had in my eyes until I heard her gasping for air.
Me:Are you okay
That's when she started to cry and I didn't know what to do so I kinda panicked.
Alex:hug her you idiot
I grabbed onto her as she sobbed into my shoulder.
Alex:aww I'll go now
Justin:same
(He got up from hiding behind the tv)
Me:Ruth are you okay
Ruth:where am I?
Me:my home
Ruth:where's my siblings
Me:there with your aunt
Ruth:where's my parents
Me:that's the part.....Here drink some water
Ruth:so what happened
Me:your father tried to take our powers to take to gorog but we stopped him and both of your parents ran away
Me:oh
(She looked down,tears threatening to spill)
Ruth:I just wanna be a part of a perfect family

Ruth POV
Max:no family is perfect,not even mine
Me:at least you have proper parents
Max:I'm sorry
Me:just leave it,I just wanna go to bed
(Max got up leaving to go to his room as I grabbed his arm)
Me:can you stay?
Max:ye sure
(He sat on the end of the sofa)
Me:I mean like lay down with me
Max:oh
Me:your adorable
(I mumbled)
Max:what
Me:nothing
(I layed down with him as I placed my head on his chest and fell asleep)

Max pov
Alex:you guys are sooo cute
Harper:awww
Zeke:Harper we should be like them
Justin:never in a million years would I of thought to see this
Max:ugh go away and be quiet she's sleeping

Ruth POV
I heard noises as I got up to see everybody staring at me.
Alex:so Ruth you never told me you had powers
Me:oh ye
Alex:so about yesterday-
Me:I don't want to hear about yesterday
Alex:okay bye I'm going to bed
Theresa:do you want something to eat
Me:nope
Jerry:but you look so pale,you shout eat more
Theresa:she's not like you Jerry,probably a model
Me:what
Max:leave her alone
Me:I just wanna go back home
Max:okay I'll take you
Alex:can I have that shirt,it's cute
Me:ye sure
(I took off the top as I had a tank top underneath)

Alex:oh I thought you weren't gonna do it
Max:are you cold
Me:no I'm fine

(I did a spell so we got to my home)
Shawn:Ruth
Me:get off of me
Shawn:did you not have breakfast or something
(I rushed to my room grabbing Max's hand)
Me:today's the day
Max:what day
Me:what,you don't know
Max:nope

Max:oh ye the finals
Me:wanna go
Max:ye sure
Me:let's go meet my aunt first
Max:wanna wear a shirt first as you must be cold
(I grabbed my leather jacket)
Me:let's go
(I ran downstairs with max to show him my aunt)
Me:max this is my aunt
Max:hi I'm max
Aunt:I know she just told me I'm summer
Me:okay I'm going out with Max and I promise to be back by 6.I'm really sorry if I don't make it back in time so please don't make me stand outside in the cold for an hour
Aunt:I would never make you do that.Is that really what my brother used to make you do
Me:ye
Aunt:trust me.Come home by 12 and if you don't make it just call me
Me:tysm
(I kissed her on the cheek as I took Max to the match)

WRESTLING MATCH
max:woah
Me:that's amazing
(That's when max looked towards me)
Me:why are you staring at me?
Max:Ruth I've been wanting to say this for a while
Me:yes
Max:I really like you and I've never felt this towards a girl before.In my family nobody really pays attention to me that much as they think I'm to dumb to even understand.You just really understand me and I really like you.
Me:I like you to.now shut up and kiss me
(That's when our lips connected.We looked at each-other as we placed out foreheads together)
Max:God I love you
Me:I don't want to lose you
Max:me too
