Betty worked a very late shift last night and her boss Adam gave her the day off to rest so today Joe took Allie out early this morning for the whole day and Betty slept in*

* 11:00 am *

Betty wakes up and checks her phone and sees texts from Archie, she doesn't read them just yet because she gets out of bed and gets changed into her still normal Betty clothes and puts her hair up in the Betty classic ponytail and goes downstairs and makes her self a coffee then reads the two texts from Archie *

Text 1:

Archie: Good morning! :)

Text 2 :

Archie: Hey! I know I just texted you twice but I'm a really nice guy and that's what I do haha 😂 anyways I'm wondering if you would like to hang out today I'm not working today and if your free meet me at the park I'll he with my daughter Alex and I'll be wearing a plaid shirt and blue jeans.

* she replied back to him *

Betty: Hey! Good morning to you too! And haha don't worry it's okay I'm the same way 😂 It sometimes drives Joe nuts that I'm so nice 😂 but yeah sure! I'm off today too and I have nothing else to do today because Joe took Allie to his parents up North for few days.

Archie: Hahaha same with my wife Emma and okay see you soon!

Betty: See ya!

* End of text convo *

Betty doesn't waste no time because she's bored and has nothing to do so she grabs a coat and her keys and drives to the park where Archie said he'd be at and then she goes and searched for him and when she found him she walked right up to him

Betty * Smiles at him * Hey!

Archie * smiles back * hey!

* Betty sits down on the bench beside him *

Betty : So how's everything?

Archie : It's... it's good

Betty : Alright I agree to the friends thing and I don't know you quite well yet but it's not hard to see that your a terrible liar * Giggles *

Archie: * Laughs* Ha.. ya no I'm not a good liar.

Betty: so. What's going on? I'm no social worker but I'm a good person.

Archie: It's my wife... Emma.. She isn't like she was when we first met and now all she does is sleep all day and is gone all night. I assume she has a job but I've caught her sometimes sneaking in the house at like 5 am and I don't know where she goes at night and even worse my daughter Alex thinks Emma hates her.

Betty: Well. I say confront her and ask her what is going on and Archie have a talk with Alex. Ask her what has been going on when you're not around.

Archie: Yeah I'm going to do that tonight thanks Betty!

Betty: You're welcome!

* Hours pass and Archie and Betty are just talking and then Archie heads home and so does Betty *

* At Archies house *

Archie and Alex both walk in the house

Archie : Alex can you go and play in your room for a bit?

Alex: Okay * she runs to her room and closes the door *

Archie: EM! You home?

Emma: yeah Archie I'm home! Come to our room!

Archie: * Walks to their room * Em we need to talk

Emma: Okay? Archie what's wrong?

Archie: 1. Why do you leave so late at night all the time and 2. Why do you sneak in at sometimes 3 am Emma? Is there something you have to tell me?

Emma: * Looks down embarrassed * Yeah I've been hiding something from you for a while. Archie I got a job as a model where I work late at night and finish at early hrs of the morning and then I sleep all day.

Archie: OMG! Em! That's amazing!!!! * Hugs her *

Emma: * hugs back *

Archie and Emma pull away from the hug then he goes to Alex's room and knocks on the door.

Archie: Can I come in?

Alex: Dad ofc you can I'm 7

Archie: * walks in the room and closes the door * Alex I want to know what does Emma say to you.

Alex: She says she knows who my mom is. Emma tells me that she hates me ( Emma hates her aka Alex ) and much more.

By then Archie just about had it and he ran back to his and now not Emma's room and yelled at her and kicked her out of the house for good and more hrs went by and Alex went to bed and Archie made her lunch for school tomorrow then once that's done he goes and puts it in the fridge and grabs his phone and walks to the living room and sits on the couch and starts to text Betty.

Archie: Are you up?

Betty: Yeah, it's 10:00 at night lol it's not 12

Archie: Haha fair point..

Betty: So? How did it go? Did you talk to Emma?

Archie: Oh we talked alright.

Betty: Uh oh that doesn't sound good.

Archie: Oh it wasn't. She models but what she said about my daughter I can't say but it's unbelievable and Well I kicked her out for good and tomorrow I'm fileing for divorce.

Betty: Oh my!

Archie : Ya .

After their convo they both went to bed .'
