Frost's POV

"Frost, look out!" Anne yelled. I turned to see Bite, the catcher in the game of catching the class was playing. Quickly, I bolted away, laughing as Bite chased me.

Soon, Zoe was in front of me, blocking my only way out. The wall to my left prevented me from running that way, and Zoe being behind me and Bite covering the right and being me left me with no other choice than to try and evade Bite, who was now going too fast to stop. As I turned around to face Bite, I was frozen in place, unable to move.

You see, I had had a crush on Bite since we had been put into the same class in Primary Three. I had been denying the rumours constantly and trying to suppress my own feelings for him, but I knew that deep inside, some part of me would always love Bite.

Now, watching him run towards me, his arms outstretched and his eyes twinkling, that part of my heart reminded me of the feelings I still had for Bite.

So I stood and waited for Bite to crash into me. And when the impact I had been bracing for arrived, I wrapped my arms around him on instinct, ignoring the gasps and cheers this elicited from the surrounding crowd, because at that moment, it was just Bite and me.

His force nearly toppled me over, but I stood my ground, his masked mouth crashing into mine. His hand travelled up my back and my neck, and gently removed the mask strap from around my ear. I kept my eyes locked on Bite as my hands moved of their own accord and removed his mask strap from around his ear too.

As he moved his mouth towards mine, I couldn't help but smile. He was all I ever wanted, and we were each other's now.

Bite's POV

My mouth met Frost's, and it was amazing. Our kiss wasn't long and passionate like the ones in movies. In fact, it was the exact opposite- short and sweet.

But anything would be amazing with my Frost by my side. She was mine, and I was hers, and nothing and no one would ever change that, forever and ever. As long as our forever lasted, I'd be by her side, and never, ever, leave. And I trusted she wouldn't either.
