Erin Strauss – Agent Hotchner, What can I do for you?

H – Can you put our unit on bypass for a week?

E – No you just got a new agent the director wants to see you in the field asap. Especially with Agent Dr. Reid being an Omega. He wants to see out the team functions. With Two alpha's, three Beta's and an Omega.

H – Dr. Reid is most likely going to go into Heat tomorrow. He ran into his mate today.

E – Agent? Who is it?

H – It is me ma'am.

E – Have you talked to Hailey yet? What is going to happen? And please tell me you did not already assault and bond with him.

H – As soon as I noticed Gideon had already removed him from my office. I am about to call Hailey and have her come up here so we can all talk. From there I will let you know where we are heading.

E – I will let the director know what is going on. Please give me a call once you talk to Hailey and Spencer.

H – Thank you Erin.

E – And Aaron. Congrats I know this will help the other stress you and Hailey have been having.

H – Thank you Erin. I will keep in touch once I talk to Hailey and Spencer.

Aaron rolls his eyes and takes a deep breath and then calls Hailey. Scared of how this was going to go.

Hailey – Aaron what is going on you never call me in the middle of the day.

H – Will you come down to the office please?

HH – Is everything alright?

H – Yeah something interesting has happened at work and I need to talk to you about it?

HH – Does it need to be right now? I was about to go take a meeting?

H – A meeting with who?

HH – I was going to get the information and then talk to you about it. It's an omega agency.

H – Oh honey I am so glad to hear that, it makes what happened today easier to handle. Please just come to the office. It will make sense once we talk but I want to do it in person.

HH – Of course I will be there in 10 minutes, the office I am at is not far away. Sorry I didn't tell you.

H – It is fine honey. I will see you when you get here.

5 minutes later JJ knocks on his door.

Jennifer – Hotch, why did Strauss just call and tell me to bring you anything to you that can't wait a week. We just got back from 2 day stand down after our last case.

H – We may be going on a week stand down starting tomorrow. But I have to deal with a couple other meetings before I tell the team what is going on. How many cases do you have that may need to be passed off?

J – Just two, here they are. One I was about to call and commit to us hiding down there today. They really need us. What is going on Hotch?

H – I will let you know in hour where we are.

J – Aaron, please tell me you can trust me.

H – Soon enough Jennifer, I promise. I just have to get a couple things in line it doesn't just effect me.

J – I will trust you. Is that our new agent in Gideon's office?

H – Yes, but please leave them be for a little bit. Gideon is going over a few things with him.

J – Ok, can't wait to meet him.

As Jennifer is about to leave Hotch's office she sees Hailey.

J – What is Hailey doing here?

H – That is my first meeting to figure out how this week is going to go.

JJ just looks at him concerned but heads out of his office and waves at Hailey.
