The True Omega

HH – Ok Aaron here I am what is going on?
H – first off I am so glad we were on the same wave length even though we didn't talk about it. I was going to talk to you tonight about needing to think about looking for an Omega. I love you so much and we knew this could be a possibility. Just know that I want you to love our Omega as much as you love me.

HH – I know Aaron I am sorry that I hadn't told you I gave up and was ready to go down this path but I wanted to get the information first and find out if it was possible to get an Omega that we could both love.

H – I told you already. It is fine my love. But I do have something to tell you. You remember that we had a new team member supposed to be joining us today?

HH – Yes is he alright? I know Gideon was really pushing for the young man.

H – Yeah he is wonderful on paper and I met him for a few moments but Gideon took him out of the office quickly. Hailey he is an Omega.

HH – Aaron James Hotchner I can't believe you are going to kick a qualified young man out of this unit just because he is an Omega. I thought you were better then your father and believed that Omega's should do what they want. I will not bring an Omega into our house to be repressed. We are better off not having kids at that point.

H – Hailey. I knew he was an Omega when I gave him the position I don't have a problem with him being an Omega.

HH – Then why am I here and why are we talking about him. We are not going to take your coworker as our Omega. I thought the FBI had rules against that.

H – There is a rule about an Alpha and their Omega not working in the same unit unless they are true mates.

HH – Wait so your telling me. He is your true mate, that you found him?

H – Yes, Gideon took him out of my office before we could go to far without your blessing. But I have been texting Gideon since he took Spencer into his office. He is scared, he wants to leave, he doesn't want to ruin our marriage. He is scared that if I see him again that it will go to far and he will suffer mate rejection. Hailey I don't want to reject him. I want to bring him into our lives. I want to let him live his life as he wants. Working at the BAU and being part of our family. Will you accept him?

HH – Yes, true mates are meant to be I can't believe he wants to leave. We want him. I haven't met him but if he is your true mate then he belongs with us. I am sorry about all the things I said about you.

H – It's fine Hailey. You accept him and that is all that matters. Will you go talk to him, calm him down and convince him to come talk to us. Gideon and Derek can mediate and then I have arrange us on stand down for the next week. Based on our reactions to our scents I think he will be an Omega that goes into heat from meeting me.

HH – I will go talk to him. Have you talked to Derek yet?

H - No while you are talking to Spencer send Gideon in here and I will grab Derek and talk to them both while you are calming Spencer down.

HH – I love you, and I want you to know that we can tell Spencer everything but we don't expect him to get pregnant right away unless he wants to. Now that we have him we can wait a year or two unless he wants to.

H – Do you still want to stay home with he kids even though they will be Spencer's?

HH – I will make the offer but as far as I am concerned and as long as Spencer accepts they are our kids. Spencer will be Papa and I will be Mama.

H – Have I told you lately how much I love you.

HH – No but it is nice to hear. I will send Gideon in. You go get Derek.

Hailey and Hotch walk out of his office. Hailey heads for Gideon's office and Hotch steps to the railing.

H – Morgan, do you have moment?

Morgan – Of course.

Morgan quickly follows Hotch into his office and goes to shut the door, but is stopped by Gideon coming towards the office. Gideon comes into the office and sits next to Aaron on the couch.

M – Hotch? Gideon? What is going on? I figured we would be on the Jet by now. We just got back from 2 day stand down and have that new agent joining us.

G – A little hiccup in that plan. Aaron and I worked hard to get our new agent approved for the unit. Especially since he is an Omega. A little while ago I brought him in her to meet Aaron but I had to take him out of here quickly after they scented each other.

M – Oh? Why?

H – He is my true mate. Gideon was keeping me from doing something without his or Hailey's consent.

G – So Aaron what happened with Hailey she looked very happy when she came into my office.

H – She is super happy. A little concerned that Spencer wants to run and is concerned about me just biting him, impregnating him and then locking him up but Hailey is taking care of that then I would like you two be present while we talk with him and make some decision considering he will most likely go into Heat tomorrow.

M – Of course man. Please try to keep the more intimate stuff for once you are agreed and home please.

H – We will try. Having you both here will help me from jumping his bones today.
