Meanwhile in Gideon's office.

HH – Spencer I am Hailey Hotchner, Aaron's wife.

R – I won't bother you or Aaron. I promise just take me to nearest hospital with an Omega Unit and then I will head back to Las Vegas after my heat. I won't bother you again.

HH – Oh honey, we don't want you to go. We want you to come home with us. Gideon told us you were saying all this but please stop. We want you, just knowing you are Aaron's mate makes me love you.

R – But you two are already married. I don't want to destroy your marriage. I also refuse to quit my job and become a breeding Omega. Agent Gideon told me the issues you have been having conceiving but I don't want to just be locked up home and breed I need to work and keep my mind busy.

HH – Oh Spencer, my dear boy and dare I say my dear Omega. Please come talk to Aaron and I, keep an open mind and express these concerns with us and then if you still want to be taken to a hospital after that I will take you but I believe once you meet our Alpha, You will want to stay.

R – 20 minutes and then you take me If I am still uncomfortable. Any more and Aaron and I may suffer from Mate rejection even without bonding.

HH – Deal, Aaron is going to have Gideon join us as the Alpha Medator and another one of your team members Agent Morgan as the Beta Medator. Is that alright Spencer?

R – As long as the don't let Agent Hotchner touch me unless I agree to bond with him we will be fine.

HH – Ok let's head back to Aaron's office.

They both get up and head to Aaron's office. Ignoring Agent Greenway, JJ and Penelope who are standing around Greenway's gossiping trying to figure out what is going on. Hailey just opens the door and walks into the office.

HH – Derek thank you for joining us. Aaron please sit in one of your chairs. Spencer is very scared and I want him to be comfortable to talk to us. Jason and Derek please put yourself between Spencer and Aaron. Spencer we are going to go sit on the couch together. Ok?

R – Yes Mrs. Hotchner

HH – No Spencer, Call me Hailey please. Or you can call me Hails like Aaron does.

R – Maybe later Ma'am.

HH – Oh I hope my dear Omega. Please tell Aaron your concerns of staying here, bonding with him and marrying us.

R – I want to work, I need to work, I want to continue to study subjects, I don't want to ruin your marriage, I don't want to be locked away as a Breeding Omega, I want to be free and an equal partner.

H – Spencer, My true Omega. You will NOT ruin our marriage. We were both ready to find a compatible Omega to join us when you walked into this office. It was stemmed by our struggles with Infertility, yes but we do not want you to be a breeding Omega, You can work as long as it is safe for you to fly while pregnant. Your job is not in jeopardy and you can study anything you would like. We will be in an equal marriage the three of us and will decide together when to have kids. Just because Hailey and I were trying doesn't mean that we have to try tomorrow if you go into Heat. Please don't leave us. Let us help you through your heat, we will bond and marry and then we can talk about children later when you are ready.

As Aaron explains everything. Hailey is sitting next to her omega, crying, and rubbing Spencer's back. As Aaron goes through it all Spencer's slowing drops and he has to lick his lips once Aaron is done. He initially doesn't respond to Aaron but turns to Hailey.

R – We have a good Alpha.

HH – Does that mean you will bond with Aaron?

R – As long as you tell me you agree with everything he says. It is typically in an Alpha- Beta- Omega marriage. That the Beta protects the Omega and makes sure our Alpha holds up to his promises.

HH – Yes I will please join us. Bond with Aaron, You can only add to our marriage. If you will accept me I would love to be your children's Mama and stay home with them so you and Aaron can continue to work in the BAU and not worry about the safety of our children. That is my promise to this marriage.

R – Yes I will bond with Aaron and Marry you guys.

H – May I join you over there then?

R – Yes you may, thank you for waiting and easing my fears.

Aaron quickly heads to the couch and kisses Hailey on the head and then kisses his Omega on the lips.

G – Should I grab the ladies real quick so we can introduce Spencer and then you three can head home.

H – Yes please Gideon.

He then quickly removes himself from beside Spencer on the couch and moves once again to the other side of Derek. Spencer sees what he is doing and stands up himself.

H – Ladies, I would like to introduce to our new Agent Dr. Spencer Reid. Dr. Reid here we have Agent Greenaway, our Tech Analyst Penelope Garcia and our Media Liasion Agent Jerau.

R – Hello.

Greenaway – Hello Dr. Reid.

J – Hotch, what else is going on?

H – Gideon and I have spent a lot of time getting Reid in this unit there were many questions of his ability provided that he is an Omega. Which Gideon and I have pushed against. However today when Gideon brought him in here he and I realized that he is my true Omega. Given this we are on bypass for a week. I will be at home with my family and you guys will be doing consults from here.

J – Congrats Hotch, Hailey, and Dr. Reid. Also welcome to the team.

After the rest of the team gives there congrats they all head back to work as the new Triad head home to proceed with planning, bonding, and becoming a new family with all of them.
