And the doctor shouted "NO YOU ARE NOT FUCKING NOT. WHY THE FUCK YOU NEVER CAME TO HOSPITAL".

Doctor asked "you got injured easily" and Kong said "yes" doctor asked "you have pain in joints and bones and also you cough blood and have nosebleeds" and Kong said "yes."

Doctor said "you are pallor (pale) and also very weak you get moth ulcer frequently and got fever too" and Kong again nodded a yes and doctor asked "open your mouth" and Kong did as the doctor told and doctor said "you still have an ulcer "

And doctor said "I think by the check up results your lymph nodes are swollen. And you get infections really fast. Like you know really fast. Last month I think your throat was infected and that's why it looks like this. Your liver is also infected maybe before 4 months".

And Kong didn't understand what he was saying and doctor said as Kong smiled it off "BASTARD DON'T SMILE. YOU ARE GONNA DIE IDIOT " and as his friend the doctor got tears in his eyes.

And Kong said "it's just a joke na?" And doctor said "you have blood cancer idiot....last stage .... I don't know how you stayed 4 years alive. You maybe only have 3 no the biggest amount I can say with confidence is 2 months left."

And Kong broke into tears " am I gonna die p'" and doctor said "you...(tears flowing) when I told you to meet me last year why didn't you come? I can't bear to lose a friend like you."

And Kong was only thinking about arthit. He knew arthit will brake if he knows it. He would wish to die with Kong . He is not strong to handle Kong's death so soon.

And the doctor said "say it to arthit as soon as you can" and Kong immediately said "no he will die of guiltiness I can't do that....let him not know this and please promise me he would be the last one to know about this".

And doctor was silent and Kong said "is there no way out " and doctor was silent again and nodded a no with tears and said "no...you are DAMN FUCKING late. Very late. I told you to value time and come in places on time...why you never listened to me?huh?".

And Kong said "I...I don't wanna see my p'(arthit) sad for me...I wanna give him my all" and doctor said "WHAT ALL HUH? You can barely walk straight now.. ask for leave and do work at home. You are weak like a petal.if you stress yourself then see my rude side"

And as a friend the doctor hugged Kong and said "I am always there. Come to me when you want" and Kong hugged back with tears flowing down and left.

And as he reached home he locked the room's door and shouted with tears to god "WHY ME ....WHEN DID I EVER DID BAD GOD?? WHY ME I WANNA LIVE MORE 😭😭😭😭😭. I WANNA SEE MY ARTHIT SMILE EVERY DAY" and he started to cry hard and fell on his knees.

And started to think about arthit. He knew arthit would be thinking about dieing for him if Arthit knew it. Arthit can't bare to live without him. He is fragile . And Kong remembered all those promises he made.

PROMISES

Kong: "yeah I promise. But if I die I will haunt you with Diarrhea". And arthit was chasing him to hit him as he made fun of arthit.

"P' I promise you I will come to khao lak(a beach) with you next time..." And arthit pouts as Kong said he can't come with arthit and to cancel the plan.
