Sweet night terrors

It's midnight

All of the students should be asleep, its forbidden to roam around the school at this hour. It's a very strict rule, but the green eyed boy didn't care. He has this everyday routine where he checks up on his cat eared boyfriend.

He quietly steps on the stairs, he's lucky that he had such good night vision. He makes his way to the painting, aka the entrance to the Ravenclaw common room. Ant already told him the password of the week so he had no trouble getting in. The painting absolutely detests him but he always had the password right so he can't snitch on him.

Velvet enters the room and looks around. He once had to use a forgetting spell on one girl because she was a cup of milk and saw him. He quietly made his way into the 4 years boys student bedrooms and say on the window in front of Antfrost's bed. He stared at him for about 15 minutes until he noticed one thing, Ant was tearing up. Not only that, he was also sweating and trying to whisper something. Red gets alarmed and quickly jumps beside him and hold his hand

"r-------re--red"

He was whispering his name. He figured out that he was most likely having a nightmare. Similar stuff did happen before but it was never this bad.

Red held his hand and comforted him

"Don't worry cutie it's just a nightmare"

He hoped that that helped but it didn't. He was already panicking, is he sick? Maybe a spell? Did someone put something in his food and now he's having breathing troubles?

Then, from the back of his mind, he remembered reading about one thing. It was something about being half asleep and half aware of what's happening around you and seeing creepy stuff without being able to move.

"That must be it-"

Antfrost was having a sleep paralysis.

Red started shaking with Ant

"Wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up!!!"

Ant got up quickly. He was breathing heavily and sweating. Some tears were falling from his face. He hugged Red tightly.

"That was so scary"
"Don't worry, whatever it was it wasn't real and isn't going to hurt you"
"But what if-"
"Shhhh, it's fine okay? Everything's fine now...."

They stay in the hugging position for a few more seconds until they release the grip.

"Are you okay?"
"I guess.... I don't think I can fall asleep again though"
Red looks at him with a mischievous smile
"What are you planning-"
"Huh what do you mean? I have no idea what you're talking about.."
Red acts obliviously. Ant knows that he's planning something though

"Buuuuut I do know that there's a broom under your bed with a very valuable map that shows where everyone is at all times"

Red winks

"It's not like neither of us are gonna sleep anyway" Ant said as he reached for the broom and the map

"Great let's go!"

Red takes the broom from Ant's hand and sits on it, soon followed by and sitting on it too. He then proceeded to put his arms around the slitherin boy.

"Hold on tight!"

Red said as they flew out the window at enormous speed.

It was a normal broom, just had a small compartment on the back of it. They never flew to the exact place where they were planning on going in case someone would find their broom.

They flew towards one of the secret passages and sneaked inside it. It was the passage that went to Honeydukes sweets shop. It's their most favourite passage, it's already kind of decorated because it's something like their club room with Bad and Skeppy. Some others join them too but that's really not that relevant. And it also leads to the best candy shop in the whole world so obviously it's the best one, it's also easily accessible.

Red took Ant's hand and pulled him by the tunnel. When he was around the end he released him.

"Wait here"

The red haired boy sneaked out the tunnel. Ant waited for him for about two minutes until his boyfriend came back. His hand were filled with all kinds of candy and sweet drinks.

"how did you even get this"
"It's called borrowing skills" Red says as he walks toward the small table that Puffy placed there once. "And come on I know damn well you never had whatever that thing is and I'm dying to try it"

Ant sigh with a smile on his face and sits down. The table is small so they're both sitting on the floor. They just start eating whatever looks appealing.

"Is this Spanish? It has to be, I don't understand a single thing"
"You have it upside down" Ant grabs the box of chocolates from Velvets hand and turns it around
"Thanks cutie~, hey it's actually English!"
Antfrost giggled and kissed the red haired boy on his cheek. They tried some of the drinks too but after an hour or so, they started getting full so they decided to head back.

"Now I only need Helga Hufflepuff and my collection will be completed!"
"I think i have like seven of those" Red says as he sits on the broom
"You collect wizard cards from chocolate frogs?" Ant asks as he puts his arms around Velvet
"No I just eat them, i hate when they jump though. I wanna eat them not catch them"
Red said as Ant grabbed him tightly
"I agree, it's pretty dumb actually"
Red stomps on the floor and the broom flies up to the skies.

"We should go to the forbidden forest tomorrow"
"Red that's dangerous"
"That's an exaggeration, I've been there plenty of times already!"
"You broke your left arm and had to act as if you're fine so the teachers wouldn't find out once"
"That was Skeppy's fault"
They slow down and enter the Ravenclaw 4th grade boys bedroom.
"We're here! Time for good night cuddles~" Red sticks his face on Ants, not kissing him, just sticking his face on his.

They put the broom and the map under the bed and hopped inside.

Ant was laying in the bed and Red has his arms wrapped around his neck. Ant was purring, that was adorable.

"i can count baguettes for you if you want me to~"
"Yes sure go ahead.."
"une baguette deux baguettes trois baguettes quatre baguettes...~"
Ant giggled

"I love you"
"I love you too~ no hetero though"
