Slamming my locker shut, I flipped my notebook open to check for what all I had in store for today. Yes, I had maintained a notebook for my daily activities. What can I say, I tend to stay away from messes - even if it's my daily life.

And..I had to meet Alexander today. Whoops, looks like a notebook won't be able to keep my life from messing up anymore. Positive thoughts, Ellen.

Just as I was about to go to my homeroom, I spotted Alex near a locker which I figured was his. He slammed it shut making me jump slightly, and turned.

Now, he is a handful of trouble- maybe even two hands-ful, but I never said his looks were repulsive. If anything, they were attractive. Very, very attactive. He had the perfect phisque and a perfect face with a perfect scar on his brow - to show you just how badass he was. His black hair were always disheveled and tousled yet..perfect. And his perfection made him slightly more intimidating. Combining with his reputation, it kept girls away from him even though they wanted to jump him- if their drooling and dazed faces were anything to make of.

Girls and some guys were looking at him and if I approached him now, it would definitely become a hot news that I had something to do with him. Yeah, my school had the worst of brains.

So, I waited for him to get to homeroom. We were in the same homeroom so I would talk to him there. For now, I quietly followed him, keeping some distance.

I wondered if approaching him today was a good choice. He didn't seem angry, he looked.. calm. But there was something about him that made the calm look like it was awaiting a storm.

As soon as he took a seat at the back of the class, I slowly made my way over to the back too. Hazel, my homeroom friend, looked at me, giving me a questioning look. I mouthed a 'later' to her and gave a quick smile.

I went to the seat beside him, where, might I mention, no one ever sat, shut my eyes and sat down. After taking a deep breath, I turned to him, making sure to look as well-meaning as possible.

After opening and closing my mouth like a fish, I turned back to my original position.

Thank god he had his eyes shut.

I was definitely not the person for this job. I am a shy girl, how am I supposed to know what to say when you're approaching a bad boy whom you're supposed to be counselling?

"What do you want?"

I squeaked and turned to see him slowly open his eyes and look at me with a very un-welcoming look.

"Uh..Hi, I'm Ellen Winters," I gave him a small smile. At least I think it was a smile...
