(Sonic's POV)

Master Espio was very surprised at our minor new looks but he was also confused when we told him that the golden nebula cloud was probably radioactive but we can't be sure because Shadow believes there's a deity in that cloud.

"This is gonna be hard to adapt to civil life in that condition but we can't be sure it's reversible." He said.

"Apparently not. What's done is done." Silver sighed.

"Actually, there was something that I saw. I saw the stars shimmered like rainbows and it pointed at the golden nebula cloud. Like it was a sign of finding the answers. Just like my dad once said to me when I was just a little boy." I explained.

"Interesting. We might look for that once we've learned to control these powers." Amy said.

"Looks like we are the only four humans with strange powers. Only humanoid aliens have that." I said and I accidently jumped in Shadow's arms due to my sharp hearing from my funny ears.

"Get off!" He dropped me.

"Ugh! Can't you least be gentle?" I glared at him as I got back up.

"I'm only gentle for my foster sister that I care the most." Shadow scoffed.

"Sharp hearing, wasn't it?" Silver guessed.

"Yes, man it hurts." I groaned when my ears keep twitching from all the sounds I hear from everywhere.

"You guys hear everything around us?" Silver asked.

"Yeah" We all said at the same time.

Especially our tails wagging slowly and swiftly due to our emotions we feel, just like those alien animals that have tails, their tails move swiftly when feeling something.

"So, where can we meet this Knuckles to train us?" I asked Master Espio.

"He's at the rehab training center." Master Espio said.

"Okay let's go." Shadow said as we went there.

Upon arriving stood a bulky guy with red dreadlocks and crescent moon tattoo on his chest.

"Excuse me are you Knuckles?" I asked him.

"Yes. So, you're the four that got mutated?" Knuckles asked back.

"Uh....yes. Does the entire academy know the whole story?" I asked nervously about this.

"Well, yes, about the accident when your ship arrived, you four were unconscious." Knuckles said.

"I hope they believe it was just an accident" I sighed in relief and walked inside this huge training session place for humanoid teenage aliens training and learning to control their powers.

"Okay Sonic is it? What did you get?" Knuckles asked me.

"This." I ran with a blue lightning trail behind me.

But as I stopped, it took Knuckles to think before saying something to me. He paced back and forth for a conclusion or something. "Super speed and bio-electricity manipulation. Your speed makes you move so fast, you see everything going slow like time and space. Your bio-electricity makes you go fast to build up energy inside you. Especially your pulses going super-fast except you're not dying from a heart attack."

"Alright, but what do I need to do to control it?" I asked.

"Can you remember what emotional state triggered to control it?" Knuckles asked.

"Relaxation and tranquility, I guess." I shrugged.

"Okay. When upset, feeling anger or even stressed it can get triggered." Knuckles said.
