Chapter 4: Lost and Found,

Plum POV:

I feel really bad for not going with, spear... what if he got hurt, or captured, what if.. he got his implant damaged and was killed.... I cant deal with that so i must gather D'mantis and Zen to come with me, Echo already told me his plans so im gonna do what he did, sneak out,
I gave D'mantis and zen a letter to gear up and meet me outside of pridefoul at midnight which is where i will be in roughly... ten hours,

--ten hours later--

Zen and D'mantis Arive both at the same time,
Zen bringing his medical bag, and D'mantis Bringing his bow and arrow and also his Sword,
"Come on, lets go find spear," Zen Says with excitement, and worry,
"Well im Glad you both came, but do you both know the threat we are going to be working with?" I ask them both in a serious tone,
Zen nods as if he dealt with them before, "umm what are the scorned?" D'mantis asked nervously,
"The Scorned are undead Devils that can be reserected by bastards called plague wizards, the plague wizards had a leader called the hangman, but from what i can tell, he's became a mangled corpse dew to what ever spear did to him, but i think they've got a new leader," i explain to D'mantis
He nods with a worried look on his face,
We all agree that once we leave we cant return untell spear's task to destroy the scorned is complete, which we do, so we get started on our journey to find and help spear, we take the woods so we wont get caught leaving, but we do catch a trail, one that spear made in a flee, i go head and i hear a waterfall not too far from here, i tell D'mantis to come here and take a look around, he has the best eye sight of us, other then spear,
"Hey plum i see a fire down by the bank, wanna check it out?"
I nod and signal Zen to follow, We dont know if its spear or not, so we stay weary, but the closer we get, the louder we hear swords clashing, we break into a sprint to help who ever is in danger, "Echo?" I ask with confusion, He doesnt notice cause he's loosing a fight with two scorned and i can smell more, so i cleave the one to his right in two, and focas on a much larger one, D'mantis starts to fire his bow while zen fends himself off from a scorned attacking him from behind, when suddenly hear cloth ripping behind me so i turn around and see Spear Ripping his way out of a tent,
I was about to say something but i feel something hit me into echo, making me see darkness close...in....

--Spear POV--

I awake to fighting out side so i pick up my axe and rip my way out, i see plum and echo get hit into each other, knocking them both out, I start to feel angry at seeing my friends get harmed, I launch my self onto the scorned that harmed plum and echo cleaving his head in half, i thought i saw a arrow whizz right past my head, i didnt look back but i continue slaughtering the scorned which are know running and saying, and screaming in fear, i snarl at the ones running from me, i turn around and see zen covered in blood not his own, taking a look at plum and echo,
And then i see D'mantis look at the carnage i created,
"Huh, i didnt think any of y'all would come and help me," i say with suprise,
"Well, Plum wanted to help you earlier but she didnt know how to put it i assume, and echo, well he left before we did," Zen Responded still focasing on Plum's and echo's wounds, "Hey D'mantis, wanna come with me i got somethin to ask you," I asked Him,
He nods and follows me, away from zen to let him focas,
"So, what did you want to ask?" D'mantis said in a curious voice,
"I saw the horror and disgust on your face, if you dont want to be here, you can leave, but if not prepair to see the worst of me," i tell him in a blunt voice,
"Well i dont want to leave because i want to help you with this, plum told me what these bastards can do, but i dont see why you want to butcher them like lambs?" He said in a curious voice,
I nod, "want to know why i want to kill these bastard,? I want to avenge my fallen brother cayde, and my lost love, petra, i wont rest till this ends i have been scar'd by these bastards mentally and physically, so yes i slaughter them like lambs," i tell him with a feirce tone in my voice,
He nods and hugs me,
"Spear im sorry for your losses, if i had known i would've join you sooner," he says with regret in his voice,
"d'mantis Its okay, Im glad you, echo, zen and plum are here to help me, now lets go and help zen,"
