Kokichi and i were sitting on the couch, and i was bored out of my mind. He had said something, but i wasn't really listening. "Hmm?" I said, quietly. "I said, it's snowing outside!!" He said excitedly. I tried to turn my head to see, but he had already grabbed my hand and pulled me out into the hall. "I-I think I want to stay inside, kokichi... it looks really cold out there.." I mumbled. I was not in the mood to go outside now, as it was very early in the morning and I didn't want to catch a cold. "C'mon, Y/N! You can just grab a jacket! It will be fine!" "Ok... fine!" I said , reluctantly.

Once we got out, even though I had wrapped myself up with a woollen scarf and one of the heaviest coats i could find, i was still freezing. We ended up playing in the snow for hours, until i noticed that it had started getting dark. "Ouch... my hands are numb..." kokichi said quietly. "Show me!" I said, taking his hands in mine . "Ah! Y/N, your hands are nearly colder than mine! I think we should go back inside now.." he said, pointing to the house. "Sure! I'll get some blankets from the cupboard and light the fire so we can try and get warm.

The next day, I woke up with a start when kokichi sneezed really loudly. "Oh sorry Y/N, did i wake you?" "Well obviously..." I said with a sniffle. "Ugh... my head hurts..." I thought to myself. Then i remembered what happened the day before. "I knew we stayed out in the snow too long... now I've got a cold..." I muttered. "Well i guess I get to take care of you now!" Kokichi said, brightly. "But you're sick too, kokichi. How are you going to manage that...?" I looked at him for a moment. He was obviously way sicker than me, i could tell that just by looking at his face. His nose and cheeks were rosy, as if he'd been out in the cold air still. I  couldn't help but think it was kinda cute. "Well i can start by checking your temperature.." he said, pressing the back of his hand onto my forehead.
