In Stormy's defence drinking at 15 was not her fault but Fred and George's, the two drowning bottles of alcohol on the daily. However, Fred and George could not be blamed for her decision to drown the entire bottle of robust, expensive muggle wine.

That could only be blamed on her and she regretted when the light slipped through the curtains, scattering light across the room. When the pounding of brain felt like her head was being slammed. She could remember only fragments of the night before. She remembered Blaise and talking and the bottle of wine but nothing else. Mere fragments almost like trying to piece together an already fading dream. She allows her eyes to adjust and her head to stop pounding so much before she leaves the warm bed and pulls open the curtain. It's bright outside, maybe mid-afternoon. The little town she knows so well, bathed in golden light.

She hopes to find some sort of remedy for her aching head around the room but comes up with nothing. Her midsection is sit wrapped in bandages as well as her hands, but judging by the colour of the blood, they've probably already dried up. She opens the door of her room and her ears pick up on the distant voices. This time the path is visible and she doesn't need a switch to see the scars on her face. Her head is red in some places, dried up blood. She doesn't linger, however, only washing away the pain. She follows the voices into the sitting room. Her father and mother, along with Lucius parents. Narcissa is the one who sees her, a woman who Stormy had always wanted to be-before she found about the Death Eaters and Voldy, that is. her parents are quick to jump up and wrap her in a bone-crushing hug, but she's just as quickly shoved out of the room and told to get some breakfast.

The Malfoy manner looks different in golden sunlight, with its windows flung open, sunshine flooding every surface and even the ugly portraits of the Malfoy bloodline look almost decent. She can hear voices come clearer as nears the dining room, two boys, undoubtedly Draco and Blaise. And it's only when she enters and their eyes lock for a moment, does memory come crashing over her. A kiss. Blaise. That didn't seem right. But she remembers it, his lips. It wasn't a dream, it seems too real.

His eyes don't stay locked for too long, he returns to his breakfast, without a word. It's Draco whose eyes linger a little too long on her face. He looks ruffled and sleepy. She pulls a chair and immediately the house-elf brings her a plate and a glass of apple juice. Her head still splitting, she chugs the juice to give her head some comfort. The three in a  tensely awkward silence, with stolen glances being stolen by the three of them. It isn't until Draco leaves that Blaise speaks up. So quiet that if she wasn't sitting near him, it would have been impossible to hear.

"how do you feel?"

"I have a splitting headache."

He slides a bottle to her and she doesn't have to check the label to know what it is. Instant hangover cure. She downs the little, blue bottle and immediately her head stops pounding.

"I remember kissing you. everything else is fuzzy but I remember kissing you. Why do I remember kissing you?" Stormy asks.

"Because you did."

She stares at him, not sure whether to laugh or to keep staring at him in bewilderment."Why would I kiss you? I have a boyfriend."

"He clearly isn't anything special, because there was no mention of Thomas when we were kissing."

"I-"

He can tell that she regrets it and his heart breaks a little more  and he wishes they had never had a moment, for now, her lips will always linger in his mind."Forget Arabelle."

"Blai-"

"you clearly regret it. There isn't any use dwindling on things we regret. You have a boyfriend, whether you tel him or not isn't my fault but Draco can not know. do you understand?"

"How do you know that I regret it?"

Her question catches him off guard and he blinks at her. "I assumed."

"I thought you would or that maybe you pulled away. But you didn't, do you?"

"no."

"I didn't know you felt that way."

"You are something else. I don't know what I feel. just because we kissed and I didn't regret it doesn't mean that I want you.   you aren't the type of person who is just going to suddenly fall in love with me, just cause of a kiss. I don't know what I want, Stormy and I don't think you do, either."

"Do we pretend like it never happened, then?"

"If that's what you want."

"I don't know."

"All I have to say is that Draco can not know about this."

"Okay."

"Alright."
