no meme this time because this is serious.

so i'm sure you all know about the situation with johhny depp. as an avid fan of his, i am absolutely livid about what happened.

for those of you who don't know, he was married a woman named amber heard. amber has accused him of abusing her throughout their marriage, and decided to take him to court. there has been so much evidence that she is lying and that she was actually abusing him, but the court ruled in his favour.

since then, johnny has been taken off the cast of fantastic beasts and where to find them, where he played gellert gerindelwald. of course i wasn't surprised she-who-must-not-be-named did this, but i am still very angry.

johnny's reputation and potentially his career has been ruined by amber heard, and i am so upset, not only at how this affected johnny, but what she is doing.

she lied about being abused, which actually happens to countless men and women who don't get the justice they deserve. she lied, and in doing that, she is making a mockery of what those people go through. she is furthering the narrative that men cannot be abused, and that is so far from the truth.

i cannot believe that with all the evidence and testimonies presented that the court still ruled in her favour. the justice system is so screwed up, and everyday it gives me another reason to hate it.

please, please, please do whatever you can to spread awareness about this situation. johnny is such a sweet man, and he does not deserve any of this. i have a link to a petition below, but if it doesn't work i also have it in my most recent announcement.

i am truly disgusted, i almost start shaking with anger anytime i talk about this. this exact situation happens to so many men, and i truly hope that amber heard will rot in the pits of hell.
