-pillow method September 30 2020
so tried this only a couple time because it didn't feel like it was working for me. honestly i didn't really think it would work because it seemed to easy *sigh* 😔.
several days later after i tried the pillow method i saw someone on Tik Tok say that you shouldn't switch methods, and you should sticks to the same one. so i thought i would add that in ;)
the pillow method:
- write your script and put it under you pillow
- lay in a comfortable position and stay still
- count down from 100 and say affirmations in-between
- and fall asleep!
