I just wanted to put this in here to inform ya'll a little bit more about what i mean. so i tried the raven method every night for like 2 weeks straight, and eventually it stated becoming a habit for me. Although i think i was doing it to often that that's why i started not feeling anything anymore. then i tried the pillow method (which did nothing). and then once i reached October i stopped trying to shift and i would just fall asleep like a normal human eww😭.
