The Seven deadly Sins: Travel for the Eight Sin

Chapter 5

Arcadia's POV

What I saw was unbearably the whole village was on fire people scream and running around trying to find a safe place to hid, Holy White Knights breaking into houses raiding them. I was horrified then my attention was called to someone.

"Arc!! Hurry up; we need to leave now!!!" I turn to see Lucia, who had dirt on her face with some bruises and cuts on her arms, like if she was fighting. "What happened when I was gone?" I asked. "When you left, I was ... keeping an eye out," she said hesitantly. She shakes her head as if she was trying not to say as much as she lead on. 

"Look, all we need to do right now is to get out of this town before we get caught." she looked into my eyes, hoping to see if I understood what she meant. I, of course, knew already, but I still couldn't help this unpleasant feeling of guilt that it was my fault. I did this to the people because of me. They are suffering. 

Leaving my though for now, I grabbed my bag that had my most valuable items. We then left the burning building. Pulling our hoodies up to cover our faces, we started running toward the crowd so that they might get out undetected. Until " Listen up, you coward!" " If you really value your lives right now, then tell us where we may find this girl." He said while holding up a picture of me.  

I started to get nervous. Someone might have recognized us or, worse, rat us out, but again I don't blame them. I caused this mess. It was only fitting if I fit this too. He was starting to get irritated and yelled, " I will give you to the count of ten. If you don't speak up now." he grabs a little boy from the front. "This kid's blood would be on your hands." that took it too far for me. 

Harming an innocent life is the lowest any person could go, especially to a child. The old man of the village then spoke, "Please don't harm him. He's just a boy!" crying out of desperation. "We don't know that girl nor seen her! Just let him go!" he pleaded, but I knew these were cold-hearted bastards that didn't care for anything but themselves. 

Then He counted.

"TEN!"

"NINE!" "YOU MUST LISTEN; WE DON'T KNOW HER!"

"EIGHT!"

"SEVEN!" "PLEASE, HE'S JUST A BOY!"

"SIX!" "GRANDPA, PLEASE HELP!"

"FIVE!" "MEAD!"

"FOUR!" PLEASE HAVE MERCY!"

"THREE!"

"TWO!"

Time then seemed slow from there.

.

.............

..

.

"Enough!!!!"

From there, the world seemed to be back by that voice, and that voice was none other than Lucia. "Put the boy down, and I will tell you what you want." her voice was different, different from when I first met her. Her voice was cold and soft but also deadly. He looked at her curiously then put the boy down. He then ran to the older man, who seemed to be his grandpa. "Come up." He orders and did as he told us, but not lifting our masks and hoods.  

Lucia put a hand on my side when we reached the front, telling me to wait until further notice. "who are you?" My name is no concern to you." she replied. Taking another step toward him, while still looking menacing. I haven't known Lucinda long enough to tell if this was what she looked like when mad or if she was going to murder someone, but I know for sure I know someone is going to get seriously hurt. 

He looked at her with a death glare, but Lucinda glared back at him. This wasn't going to end well for the White Knights. 

(3 Pov)

As they stare at one another's the environment seemed to get tense around them. Until one guard ran up to Lucinda with his sword out ready to slice her in half, but Lucinda was faster and took her sword out and deflected it. 

Lucinda did this for a complete minute until the guard stopped from exhaustion while she was still up and didn't look the least exhausted. She then struck making his death quick and painless. He looked at her with shock how can this village woman know how to wield a sword like that. 

Snaping out of his state he then shouts out "Don't just stand there attack at once" yelling at the other guards. Then five tall men came out. They seemed to be more expert than the other one. The guard with short charcoal hair and a scar running down where his eye is supposed to be looked at her with a smug face, while the group does a pose behind him. (Think of the Ginyu Force from Dragon Ball Z, but Danzo standing instead of crouching down).

"I am Danzo leader of my troops the Chaos Bringers, tells you to stop here, or someone going to get hurt." point that threat toward Lucinda. 'The Chaos Bringers? These guys are jokes.' Lucinda said in her head. Arcadia was starting to sweat she heard of that group. 

Though the name is stupid these people bring not only destruction but death. "I don't care if your pixies or the princes of Dance posing. I am only going to say this once and only once. Get. Out." Lucinda gave them a cold glare not giving a care in the world. 'WhAT!?!? Does she have a death wish!?!? theirs no way she can win!?!' 

"How dare you insult the captain you pessent!!" screamed the man with a ponytail to hold his messy white hair. "Easy Pain if she wants to play rough then the Bolder will give it to her." said the very buff man. then the two blonds start laughing crazy"Let's have some fun! Fun! FUUUNNNN!" Easy brother I want to have fun cutting her up piece by piece too." as they laugh again like maniaces.

'Crazy.' both Arcadia and Lucinda thought with a sweatdrop. Again the air seemed so tense that not even a sword can cut through it. Timed seemed slow as both sides wield their swords. All five members began to charge at Lucinda, while she stayed in place not moving an inch with her sword out until.......

Cliffhanger sorry guys. I haven't been writing I had writer's block and was busy at the time hope this will make it up also I am going to update my other story. Also, I am planning on writing another story keep a heads up for that. If you want me to write any other stories then leave a comment and I will try to make it happen.
