The feeling of shame and guilt consumed me when I informed her I would leave the city for work while I was actually going for another shoot. Lately, I keep feeling more and more disgusting with this, but also feeling guilty about my girlfriend. My desire to run away from this work is immense, yet I remain bound by these imperceptible barriers that hinder my escape. Because of the presence of powerful individuals whose external facade of elegance and sophistication masks their true nature of having souls as dark as charcoal, I have declined most of the shoots. It has become apparent that this one entity is incessantly tormenting me and the only viable solution to evade them is by completely disassociating myself from them and moving to a place unknown to them. I understand the need to stand up against malevolent forces, but I lack the courage to do so because they instill overwhelming fear in me..

It was a whole one week when I could finally come back to my little sunshine. I remember how adorable she looks when I told her I was going out for a few days with that puffy red nose and teary eyes. She looks way too adorable even though I hate to make her cry, but I can't help it sometimes.

I went straight to her house when another girl opened the house named Sophie. I guess gives me a small but warm smile and welcomes me inside. In the living room, I saw Joseph and Sammy were sitting on the sofa playing a video game. Sophie signs her finger to a door and I went inside silently and saw my little sunshine rolled in bed and hugging a teddy bear like a baby. She looks so pure and innocent while I was dirty and tainted. I couldn't able to wake her up so I slowly sit on her bed corner and pat her head slowly.

Emily Pov

I missed her so much these fast few days, and she never talked to me on the phone also always told me she is busy at work. It's been an entire week and today at the weekend so everyone is playing a video game in the living room, so I came back to my room. I don't understand video games much. They always play fight games, I don't know. Why also I feel tired so I fall asleep but in my dreams I felt like someone is patting me gently so I rolled to the other side and hug my teddy tightly but my teddy felt very warm and the smell was very similar to me but I couldn't able to identify it and keep sleeping for a long time. When I opened my eyes, I felt a warm thing hugging me from behind tightly. Suddenly I almost jump with frightened when a similar pair of hands took me into their embrace.

"Shhhh.... Please don't be scared, sunshine, everything is going to be okay. The voice was slow but clear, and it said, "Nothing happens to you when I am with you," and I recognized it was Sam's voice. "

Instantly my complete face turns red and I couldn't able to recall when she came back and we slept together. I clearly remember I came alone in my room and she was still away from me and didn't talk to me properly and I was angry with her. I mean I should be angry with her but I couldn't able to utter a single word to her at this movement. It was so embarrassing.
