Kangjoon returned with two shot glasses, placing them down in front of them and reaching for the bottle to pour both of them a drink.
"I just don't understand," Inhye mumbled to herself, downing the shot completely without hesitation. "Where did it all go wrong?"
Sending a serious topic coming up, Kangjoon downed his shot, pouring themselves both another.
"I feel so hopeless. It's been almost a year since everything shifted. Why can't I let go?" Inhye sighed. "It's not like I still feel anything... we haven't even had any skinship for months."
"Maybe we rushed into things too quickly," Kangjoon was pouring his third shot and downing it within the same second. "Maybe we weren't compatible."
"Of course we were compatible or else we wouldn't have lasted this long," Inhye defended, causing Kangjoon to sigh.
"Clearly not if we are here now," Kangjoon retorted, accidentally pissing Inhye off.
"It's not like you tried to make it work," Inhye pointed at him with a glare.
"And you did?" Kangjoon sarcastically muttered, downing another shot of soju. His attitude changing the more intoxicated he became.
"You made no effort and didn't even bother to question why I'd distanced from you. Did you even care?" Inhye argued, becoming angry as she was trying to get everything off her chest.
"I can't accept all the responsibility when you pulled away first-"
"BUT YOU JUST LET ME GO!" Inhye screamed, throwing her shot glass across the room and letting it smash, the glimmering shards scattering. "You let me go-" she whispered out as tears pricked at her eyes.
"BOTH OF US FELL OUT OF LOVE! I LET YOU GO BECAUSE YOU HAD LET ME GO AND WE BOTH KNEW IT WAS BOTH OUR FAULTS SO DON'T PLACE ALL THE BLAME ON ME!" Kangjoon shouted, both now standing up and leaning over the table to glare at each other.
Suddenly, the atmosphere changed. Their aggression for one another turned more sexual, both reaching out to each other as their lips crashed against one another.
When neither had pulled away, Inhye threw herself up onto the table, crawling over to Kangjoon and wrapping her legs around his waist as her fingers ran through his hair.
Both were too drunk to even comprehend this was the first time in eight months that they had even had a full conversation let alone engage in skinship.
Kangjoon's hands rushed to unbutton her blouse, becoming impatient, he ended up ripping it open causing the buttons to fly across the room as he let out an animalistic growl.
Breaking her bra straps, Kangjoon's cold hands reached down to massage her breasts, earning a moan as her head tilted back, his thick pink lips moving down her jawline to her neck where he sucked and nipped, leaving behind a trail of love bites.
Inhye's fingers moved down to the waistline of his trousers, tugging at them as he broke away from the kiss momentarily to pull off his top and pull down his trousers before continuing.
Her legs tightened around his waist once again, her hips making a wavelike motion against him as they made out, leaving him groaning occasionally at the tension she was causing him below. By now, her skirt was rolled up to her stomach leaving her underwear visible.
His hands reached for the waist band of her panties, as she hoisted herself up slightly for him to pull them down. Inhye lay down on the table, holding onto Kangjoon's biceps as he climbed onto the table, hovering above her and lacing kisses down her chest as she pulled the waistband of his boxers down.
Kangjoon slowly teased at her entrance as she let out a series of ragged breaths whenever he pushed in slightly. When he finally pushed in, Inhye let out a moan as it had been a long while since she'd felt the sensation. Kangjoon's lips returned to hers, distracting her from the momentary pain before making any big motions.
Since the two had not been sexually active in months, they had expected to be tired out soon enough, however much to their neighbours disappointment, they lasted all throughout the night before finally quietening down around 4am.
