And Why can't I sleep?
I cannot sleep, due to the fact that I normally cannot sleep when am travelling the next day,or in this case later today (time is 2:54am,travel time : 7am) . Especially if the journey is going to keep me from home for more then two days.
Why am I travelling?
Am going for a wedding, a double wedding of my mother's friend's daughters.
Am I excited?
Yes, I am. I love dressing up and looking good and dancing, i.e , I love weddings. And am a bit tensed because am leaving the comfort of my home and am already missing my brother (remember him, Shady).
What have I been up to??
I am officially a graduate ,I submitted my final year project (after internal and external defence of my research project) on
8th or 9th of October ,2012. I am not sure.
What is next?
Youth service next year February or March, by God's grace. Which will last a year. Then am looking forward to doing my Masters degree and becoming a lecturer in my university. Or maybe getting a really good job in a construction company and gaining 3-5 years experience. Or . .
Am keeping my options open, but God knows best.
What have I been doing to keep busy?
I re-enrolled in an Islamiyya(islamic school) after a 7 years hiatus (break, if u dont know what hiatus means.lol).
I also went back to learning sewing/tailoring/fashion designing at the shop ,I normally go to learn during breaks from school.
I also bought a sewing machine, so that I can practice at home. So, far ,I've adjusted my mama 's blouse and one of my elder sister's blouse. I've also made a beautiful african print top, TRUTHSIDEBAR - ummmhh, the top is not finished yet, I just need 2 sew the sleeves.
I've been really busy, I thank God for giving me the initiative to stay busy.
Music/Movies/series :
I still think 2chainz is awesome and Usher is on fire, like his music is hAWt.
I watched Ghajini, about 4 hours earlier, I most say, its really intriguing and educative and the action scenes were just 'gish, gish', straight to the point. Yeah, its an Indian movie.
I've watched Sons of Anarchy, season 1 to 4. I must say, bad boys,tattoos,harley motorcycles,gun running and drug dealing have never looked so good. Lol. Don't hate, watch an episode and see for yourself.
Am really feeling sleepy now.
