Raising Suspicion

A/N: Welcome back! I know I should be sleeping(two tests tomorrow, plus I'm running on 5hrs of sleep with no nap btw) but I figured I'd at least start this chapter tonight and finish it in the morning before my hours of torture happen(eyeroll.) Anywho, Doofenshmirtz and Perry get their time to shine! So enough of my tired yapping, let's see what happens(and yes Ferb's crush WILL BE MENTIONED, aka HINTED, however it won't be revealed justttt yet ;) )

(Ferb's POV)

I just stare at my brother, and he gives me a goofy smile. "I'm just joshing ya Ferb!" he says as he playfully punches my arm. "But in all seriousness, that was weird that she kissed me on the cheek, wasn't it?" he chuckles as he jumps into bed. I'm just sitting there, staring, thinking about what my brother just said. I shake it off, jump in bed, turn the light off, and go to sleep.

(Later that night, Ferb's POV)

"Hey look guys! Ferb has a crush!" my brother pointed at me, and everyone was staring at me. "C'mon Ferb, tell me, or better yet, tell us!" my brother exclaims as I see the gang staring at me. I stand there, unable to move, paralyzed by fear of what my colleagues would think about me. "Ferb, c'mon it won't hurt to tell us," my brother smiles as he walks up to me. "Ferb, who is it? Ferb... Ferb!" I wake up from my dream to hear my brother waking me up.

"Ferb, you slept passed your alarm! C'mon we're gonna be late!" my brother says as I quickly get dressed. I run all the way downstairs, skipping breakfast, and grabbing my bag. Phineas apparently did the same, cause I see him run after me, eventually reaching me at the bus stop. "F-Ferb, relax, we got 5 minutes," he says, trying to catch his breath.

I chuckle, knowing that my brother made me do all that for nothing. We see the gang one by one arrive at the bus stop, and the bus pulls up. "All aboard!" the bus driver cheerfully says. We all climb aboard, and the five of us sit up front, per usual. "So Phineas, you excited about homecoming?" Isabella asked my brother, who was preoccupied looking out the window.

I roll my eyes, noting the obliviousness of my brother. It was then that I saw her, my crush coming aboard the bus with the rest of the Fireside Girls. There were few spots left open, and I had noticed she needed somewhere to sit. I offered her the seat beside me, and she happily sat down.

"Thanks Ferb!" she giggles, and my face turns a bit red. "You ok?" she asks me as I shake it off. I nod, and she laughs. "You know if you weren't so quiet, maybe something different would happen.." she trailed off at that last part, which made me curious. I shook it off, and continued to look out the window.

(Phineas' POV)

"They look cute together. I'd ship it!" Isabella exclaims next to me. "Huh?" I asked, looking away from the window. "Ship who?" I asked, intrigued. "Me and you, err I mean those two," she manages to catch herself mid sentence, but I heard her loud and clear. "Wait.. me and you? Are you ok Is?" I asked her, giving her a laugh.

"Yo Dinner Bell! Look at your brother!" Buford hollers from behind me. "Fine, whatever," I roll my eyes as I look at my brother. "He's just looking outside the window. You two are weird by the way. Shipping those two.." I mumbled that last part so Isabella wouldn't hear me. "Weird huh? She's had a HUGE crush on Ferb since he moved on from Vanessa," Isabella exclaims. The bus arrives at the high school, and I scoff at her remark. "Is, Buford, tell me when something ACTUALLY happens with my brother," I say as I get off the bus.

(Perry's POV)

"Agent P!" I hear my watch beep, and it's none other than Major Monogram. "Ah there you are! Morning Agent P! Just got word that Doofenshmirtz is working on a.. Personality Ray? Carl what is this?" "It's what I got sir! Beats me!" Carl says, looking over at what he gave the Monogram. "He's also planning on using it to zap his brother and himself with it, which is no bueno. Agent P, I want you to find out a way to destroy it. Monogram out," he continues as I stealthily walk over to a secret hatch, where my hover car was.

(Few minutes later, same POV)

As I arrive to Doofenshmirtz's place, I hear that all too familiar sound: Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated! I fly in, unnoticed, and I noticed it was quiet.. too quiet. Suddenly, some random net comes flying and hits me. "Ah Perry the Platypus, I see you hit nothing but net! Ha! I crack myself up. Anyways, let me tell you what I've been working on," Dr. D says as he unveils his latest inator yet.

"I call it the Personality Swapinator!" he says as I roll my eyes. "Muffin time sir?" Norm says as he interrupts Dr. D. "Not right now you bucket of bolts! Now scram!" Dr. D shoos him away. "If only I was a real boy.." Norm says as he walks away. "Now I know you're expecting some tragic backstory, but I'm not going there. Know why? Cause back in Gimmelsthump! Ah, gotcha, didn't I?"(turns at the audience)

I look at him, confused. "Ah you wouldn't get it, you're a platypus," Dr. D says as he throws whatever the heck just happened aside. "Now, to my real plan!" he says as he moves over to his inator. You see, my brother, Roger, is mayor of Danville!(I roll my eyes) However, with this baby, one zap and he'll have my personality, while I get his! That'll make him more unlikeable, where he'll be thrown out, and making me mayor! It's foolproof!" he laughs as he fires up his inator.

I quickly cut the net, letting myself free. I lunge at him, knocking him away before he could fire it. "Perry the platypus, of all aquatic mammals, you are the most annoying!" he says as we fight. I hear his alarm click, meaning his inator was fully charged. "Ah, finally now if I just-" I punch him, sending him flying across the room. I then grab a bat, bashing his inator to smithereens. However, before it exploded, it fired off once. I grabbed my ticket out of there, and left as his inator blew up. "Curse you Perry the Platypus!!!" he says as I fly off..

(No one's POV)

The beam that went off went up in space, hitting a conveniently placed satellite dish, and bounced off of it. The beam then shot around town multiple times, where it was aiming at Danville High. School was just letting out, and Phineas and the gang were just leaving the school building as the beam blasted Phineas and Ferb, knocking the two unconscious...

A/N: Another cliffhanger, another fun chapter! I dropped so many PnF references this chapter, it's ridiculous! I also know that you're dying to know who Ferb's crush is! Lucky for you, I'm finally dropping the name in the next chapter, and I know it WILL shock you! ;) 

The next chapter will be about the school day while Perry and Dr. D were fighting. What exactly goes down on that school day before PnF get zapped? Well that my friend, will come tomorrow.. :P Till then, I'm signing off, night! -T
