Virgil is tolerant of normalcy and fascinated with the odd. Calm and composed is the face he usually wears as he goes through his daily life. With this, most people don't know the morally questionable deeds he's done besides him giving off the feeling of 'I know something you don't'. When he's "working" his face slips a bit and he allows himself to become a bit mad, as he feels that's how he's so successful with all his works. The horrors of the world are treated with at best indifference by him, as he feels that all of his experiences have numbed him to things so "basic".
