After today for All Might the number one hero known as the Symbol of Peace. He needed a hot bath because unlike today, he saved a middle school kid from drowning from his own quirk making vinegar in the water area from the river bank. And smell of vinegar too.

All Might's eyes could barely open. His eyes had a little vinegar after the water area with the vinegar in it.

After his bath in his true form wearing clean cloths. He was about to make some tea when he sees a shadowy figure standing there facing the window of the city view in his apartment.
All Might transformed in his muscular form. Before he use his super speed to attack the intruder. The figure speaks. "..'I am here'.." saying his famous catch phrase. As he continue speaking, "You think you could handle anyone or anything because you're the number one hero in the world and call yourself The Symbol of Peace? All Might, there's a secret universe of superheroes that has not been discovered, that you just don't know it yet. Or should I call you Toshinori Yagi instead?" The shadowy figure turning around taking a few steps front of Yagi.
All Might is shocked what he just said, he went back to his skinny form when the mysterious figure said the truth.
"W-who the hell are you?" Yagi shaking.
The shadowy figure revealed itself. A black bald man with a eye patch on his left eye, all his cloths black and wearing a coat.

"Nick Fury, Director of S.H.I.E.L.D."
"Wait." Toshinori realize his name. "I heard about you before."
"And you know why I'm here for. I'm here to talk to you about the Avengers initiative."
Author's note: This was supposed to be in my All Might story. But I decided to rewrite that story another time or write stories of Avengers as a series with My Hero Academia characters before the events of the main storyline and the life of Peter Parker before he attended at U.A high. That is for another time in the future. And I really want to upload the Avengers story so much before November 12th and on the day to upload the start of the story.
