Our routine was the same, they practice, play, sleep, and eat. I wasn't able to cast any spell besides controlling water since they keep always keep an eye on me. Even though I couldn't do any of the magic my siblings are practicing, I had fun spending time with Chikako and the others. Great things have happened like Aoki mastering the level 2 fire spells. And the others trying hard to catch up with Aoki. There were no problems with our time in the beach house. I had fun here and I'll look forward to coming back soon. "Alright Everyone, time to go home. Classes will start in 2 weeks."

POV Asuri(7 years old)

It's been 8 years since I came into this world. Each day has been precious to me. On my 6th birthday, my parents were smiling sadly at me. I asked them why and they responded with, "Asuri, even if you don't have magic, remember that we will always love you."

My mother got teary before laughing and hugging me with the others joining. "That priest must've scammed you huh?" We continued laughing that day. Not like maniacs though.

Oh and yea, I'm level 7 now. Though there were no more spell books other than the ones 6 years ago. Spellbooks were extremely expensive so I was only able to use the water one which my father told me was grandpas. Either you learn them at the academy or you get spell books from quests or rewards.

I was sitting next to Ichiki who seem to be fiddling with his shirt. "Are you okay, big brother?" He looked at me, startled then calmed down. "I'm just really nervous. It's my first time coming to the castle. Why did father have to save that prince?" Haha! "Big brother Ichika, you know father's one of the captains of the royal magic knights. It's his job to protect the people especially the royal family. Come on, I'll stay with you since you're the only one who's nervous" I said while looking at my brothers, sisters, and parents who were walking ahead of us.

"Okay. Don't leave my side till we get back home. I want to avoid trouble as much as possible." He said, now a bit more calmly, after taking a deep breath.

"Sure thing!" I brightened up, walking side by side with my brother nearing the entrance of the palace dining hall.

The dining hall was filled with people from noble to common, everyone was attractive. This event was held solely for my father and 16 other knights ranging from captain to supreme general... After the introduction and the speech of the king who looked like in his 30's everyone started eating and doing dances and stuff. It was really boring. I glanced at my siblings and asked to leave the room. Ichika and Aoki were hesitant but eventually let go after my mother permitted me.
