Chapter 9

Video Diary:

"What is happening right now?" Cattleya stares into the camera with a dumbfounded expression.

"I literally have no words." She looks around confused and laughs slightly.

...

"She's.. wow, I... Err... Pfft... I..." The man is in complete shock and can not speak whatsoever. He puts his face in his hands and pushes back his short hair with his fingers, he gets up and walks away from the camera adamant to get back to his date.

"Hi I'm Harry, its a pleasure to meet you."

"I'm Cattleya as you guessed already, pleasure is all mine. Wait, how did you know my name?" She asks with a smile and a raised eyebrow.

"Let's just say someone really close to both us couldn't stop talking about you." He winks and Cattleya's stomach does a somersault.

"So what do you do?"

"I sing and act and I own a tiny percentage of a new arena that's supposed to open in 2023."

"That sounds exciting, I can sing too, I come from a really musical family actually, I don't think there's anyone who can't sing in the family to be fair, its hilarious."

"Maybe we can duet one day, you show me your skills, I'll show you mine, I'd love to hear your voice coming out of that pretty mouth of yours." Harry licks his lips slightly, looking down at her lips and shoots back up at her eyes, meanwhile Cattleya is having to cross her legs as she cannot believe the words that are coming out of him.

"I'd like that." She smiles.

"Woo, Carry. I don't think I've ever been more flushed in my life." James Corden states wiping his forehead with the back of his hand, the ship name coming straight off his tongue with ease.

"They are couple goals and that was just a first impression, the date hasn't even finished or fully begun yet. Now lets see how the rest of David and Hailee's date went." Jeannie adds.

David and Hailee are laughing together, having had too many drinks and just vibing off each other.

"Hahaha you're tryna get me drunk aren't you?" David questions jokingly.

Hailee laughing back says, "of course, how else am I gonna take you home."

Hailee laughs even harder as David straightens up and gets serious. "I'm joking, I'm just joking Dee."

David smiles inside at the nickname and chuckles on the outside.

They continue speaking, laughing and getting to know each other, even share a cheeky kiss across the table.

The date finishes and they both leave the restaurant, bending down in hysterics of laughter. They both whisper to each other giggling, they look at the camera and make a break for it, running away from the crew, away from the car into the night and end up going to a hotel.

Meanwhile...

Cattleya and Harry are now eating their meal, cant take their eyes off each other as they eat. Cattleya has a massive burger with sweet potato chips and corn on the cob. Whereas Harry has steak with mash potato and veg on the side.

"...Like my ideal first date is a burger joint or a comedy show because I hear guys on tv and around talking about their girlfriends or wives saying, 'when we first met she was so lovely and shy, now I'm living with her and she eats like a pig and laughs like something unhuman, it scares me.' So just take me anywhere like that so you know what I am firsthand you know?"

"I completely understand, its so much better like that, I like a woman who is open and doesn't feel afraid to do something that is normally frowned upon around me, we're all human so have at it." Harry replies, feeling more and more fond of her by the second.

Cattleya has made such an impact on him that he doesn't want this night to end and a small tug of clinginess pulls the strings of his heart as they round to the end of the night.

"I had the best night tonight Cattleya." Harry smiles with sadness in his eyes and Cat recognizes it, giving him a reassuring smile telling him she understands without having to speak and his likeness for her shoots to the roof because she's an observer and he likes that.

When their food is finished, dessert and all, Harry pays the bill, doesn't even care about whether its being covered by the production team. They stand up and slowly walk to the exit and Harry makes a bold move to place his hand on the bottom of her back, he feels her lean into it slightly, making him feel warm and giddy inside.

Once outside, Harry uses his hand on Cattleya's back to turn her around and pull her close to him into a hug and she gladly wraps her arms around his neck, inhaling his heavenly scent and sighing with satisfaction.

"I don't want this night to end." Harry whispers into her ear and she feels a tingling rush ride through her body as his deep voice sounds through her precious eardrums.

"Me too." Cat slightly whines in his ear and his pants tighten slightly and he holds onto her tighter.

He pulls away reluctantly and opens the car door for her, all the while holding her hand and guiding her into the car. Before she rides off he whispers something in her ear that the camera crew didn't pick up on and a massive smile spreads onto her face. She relaxes in her seat saying her goodbyes, closing the door Harry goes his separate way.

Video Diary:

"Can we be done with this show already or do I have to go through the stages?" Harry asks the producer behind the camera.

That's what the show requires lad.

"I...Pfft...Ok erm... Cattleya is, I don't even know how to put into words but I know I've made a really strong connection with her, I definitely want to see her again." Harry adds.

"He's just how I expected him to be and so much more, oh my gosh," Cattleya puts her hands on her cheeks and smiles with a shocked face, "I didn't want it to end. Ahh I feel so good." Cattleya holds onto her chest and rubs her other hand on her leg trying to fight back the tears that have already formed in her eyes.

"Wow lets go to a break, that was so beautiful between Harry and Cattleya, Carry. I think I need to have a conversation with my wife." James laughs with tears welling up in his eyes.

"As we saw, Chanice and Bradley Cooper had a lovely evening, David and Hailee Steinfield have continued their date somewhere else and Cattleya and Harry Styles shared a love at first sight moment with each other. I don't know about you guys but I'm team Carry all the way. Both Chanice and Cattleya rated their date twenty out of ten haha. David couldn't because he is still with Hailee, to be honest I don't see them coming back to the show."

"Next time on Anybody's Dream our celebrities will go on yet another set of dates, where each date will rate out of ten. We've been James and Jeannie, this is Anybody's Dream, thank you and goodnight." James concludes.
